We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Everett Stephenson a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Everett, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s jump right into how you came up with the idea?
The idea for my creative services business was born out of a deep desire to merge my artistic passions with purpose. I had always been drawn to storytelling, production, and building brands that inspire others—but it wasn’t until I began developing The Manifest Show, my own children’s cartoon, that I realized how powerful creativity could be when used to teach and uplift. I wanted to create something that would help kids see learning as magical—where letters, numbers, and imagination come alive. During that process, I found myself not just writing scripts and shaping characters, but building a full ecosystem of creativity—stage plays, film projects, modeling development programs, and more. It hit me that everything I was doing—writing, producing, developing—was all connected by one vision: helping others manifest their potential through creativity.
That realization led me to form Stage 369, my Wyoming-based corporation, to serve as the umbrella for all my ventures. I wanted to bring structure and protection to my creativity—so Everett Entertainments, Dallas Modeling Agency, Noah’s Art, and all my other brands could grow under one powerful entity. It wasn’t just about business; it was about legacy and alignment. I believed in this endeavor because it combined both sides of who I am—the dreamer and the strategist. The logic was simple: if I could build worlds on paper, I could build them in reality. Every challenge, from late-night writing sessions to corporate filings, became proof that I was creating something bigger than myself—a creative empire with a purpose to entertain, educate, and empower.

Everett, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I’m Everett Stephenson — an author, serial entrepreneur, and creative visionary behind Stage 369, a Wyoming-based holding corporation that unites all of my creative ventures under one powerful umbrella. My journey began in the world of storytelling and entertainment, driven by a deep passion for inspiring others through art, education, and imagination. Over the years, I’ve built multiple brands that reflect different aspects of that mission: Everett Entertainments LLC, a stage play and film production company; Dallas Modeling Agency LLC, which discovers and develops new talent; Noah’s Art Acting & Modeling Development, a nonprofit dedicated to building confidence in youth; and several other creative and lifestyle ventures. Each company plays a unique role in helping people see their potential, express themselves, and manifest their dreams. My children’s series, The Manifest Show, is one of my proudest creations—a vibrant, educational cartoon that teaches kids about letters, numbers, confidence, and manifestation through fun, magical storytelling.
What sets me apart is that everything I create is rooted in purpose, not just profit. I build brands that reflect growth, empowerment, and energy alignment—turning imagination into impact. I’ve learned to combine business structure with creative flow, forming Stage 369 as both a protective foundation and a launchpad for limitless ideas. My work isn’t just about entertainment; it’s about transformation—helping people, from children to adults, realize that their dreams are possible. I’m most proud of staying true to my vision even when the path wasn’t clear, using each project to inspire others to keep believing in themselves. I want my audience to know that everything I produce—whether it’s a show, a stage play, or a development program—is made with intention, heart, and a belief that creativity is one of the most powerful forces in the universe.

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
A major lesson I had to unlearn was believing that passion and creativity alone weren’t enough to protect my business. Early in my entrepreneurial journey, I was deeply focused on building my brands—producing stage plays, managing talent, and developing creative projects—but I didn’t fully understand how critical structure and legal protection were. That changed after going through a business-to-business lawsuit. It was a wake-up call that taught me the hard way that no matter how genuine your intentions are, you still need to protect yourself and your work. I realized that an LLC, while offering some protection, has its limits—and that true credibility and long-term security come from building under a corporation.
That experience completely reshaped how I move as an entrepreneur. Starting Stage 369 as a Wyoming corporation wasn’t just about paperwork; it was about peace of mind. I wanted to create a strong foundation where all my companies—Everett Entertainments, Dallas Modeling Agency, Noah’s Art, and others—could operate under one structured, protected entity. Corporations are recognized at both state and federal levels, and they command more respect in the business world. Forming one meant I could focus on creativity and growth without constantly worrying about exposure or liability. It was a tough lesson, but it taught me that passion needs protection, and true success comes when your creativity is backed by strategy and structure.

Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?
Absolutely. Some of the biggest shifts in my entrepreneurial mindset came from immersing myself in books and teachings that focused on the power of the mind, discipline, and belief. Bob Proctor, in particular, had a profound impact on how I view success and personal growth. His teachings helped me understand that mindset is everything—that we attract what we focus on, and that true wealth begins within. I remember diving into You Were Born Rich and The Secret and realizing how much of our reality is shaped by thought, consistency, and vibration. Those principles changed how I lead, create, and make business decisions.
Other powerful reads that influenced me include Outwitting the Devil by Napoleon Hill and Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. Those books opened my eyes to the psychology of wealth, fear, and freedom. They taught me that financial success isn’t about luck—it’s about systems, mindset, and courage. The wisdom I absorbed from those works inspired me to write my own book, Unleashing Your Mind’s Full Potential, which explores how self-belief and mental clarity can transform your life and business. Through that journey, I learned that every great entrepreneur starts by mastering the inner world first—because once your mind is aligned, your outer world follows.
