We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Eva Melton a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Eva, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. How’s you first get into your field – what was your first job in this field?
Innergy Wellness in Vestavia Hills, Alabama opened their doors to me. At Innergy wellness, I have a healing room dedicated to reiki, spiritual cleansing and energy balancing. The beauty of being located at Innergy Wellness is the community that already exists bringing forth other healing modalities such as yoni steam. Before this year I used my healing gifts only in a church environment and amongst well known family and friends. This year I’ve stepped out to offer spiritual healing to the larger community.

Eva, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I am a spiritual healer specializing in energy balancing, spiritual counsel and spiritual cleansing. I assist people from all walks of life in recalibrating spiritually in a safe environment.
Whether you’re trying to discern your purpose or recalibrate spiritually, I can assist you on your path with a spiritual healing session.
If you’re experiencing stagnation or repeating cycles in any area of your life, I am your HEALER!
Here’s a few reasons why my clients book me:
1. Energetic release and cleansing after a romantic relationship ends so one goes into the world with no energetic attachment to situations that have ended.
2. Helping uncover energetic drains in their life. Drains can be linked to unprocessed trauma, overly dependent relationships or misaligned career choices.
If you could go back, would you choose the same profession, specialty, etc.?
If I could go back, I would have engaged in the healing arts earlier. Healing is truly my purpose and passion. I believe when we operate in our purpose we send out a positive energy which draws to us those who are in need of what we offer. I’ve never had to worry about clients because each person I’ve had the opportunity to share my healing gifts with, always shares it with someone else.

Training and knowledge matter of course, but beyond that what do you think matters most in terms of succeeding in your field?
A sincere gifting in a healing modality is required. Yes, one can go take spiritual classes and training but healing becomes what the practitioner brings to it. One must also prioritize staying connected to Source. There is no healing without the infinite power of God operating through the healing practitioner.
