We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Eva Lopez. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Eva below.
Eva, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
I’ve always believed that every business has a story, but here’s the thing—not everyone knows how to tell it. I kept seeing service-based businesses and entrepreneurs getting stuck in the endless grind, pouring their hearts into everything but losing sight of the magic that makes them unique. And that needs to stop because they’re more than just hustlers; they’re creators with stories that deserve to shine.
I want to help them discover that magic and share it in a way that makes people say, “Heck yes, I need what they’ve got!”
Eva, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I’ve always been drawn to the power of storytelling. Even as a kid, writing was my way of making sense of the world—it felt natural, almost like a second language. That love for words carried me into almost a decade of teaching, where I learned how to connect with all kinds of personalities, make complex ideas click, and spark curiosity in the most unexpected ways.
When Covid shook things up, life nudged me in a new direction, and I found myself exploring copywriting. It wasn’t easy starting over, but I knew I’d found my calling.
Now, I work with service-based businesses and entrepreneurs, helping them cut through the noise and show the world what makes them special. I take the time to dig deep, uncover their unique magic, and turn it into a message that sticks. Whether it’s helping a client fall back in love with their business or crafting words that make someone say, “This! This is exactly what I was looking for!”–that’s what lights me up.
At the end of the day, it’s not just about selling; it’s about making real, human connections. That’s what I want my work to stand for, and that’s the kind of impact I strive to create.
What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
The most rewarding part of being a creative is seeing that sparkle in my client’s eye when everything clicks—that moment they realize, “This is it! This is what I’ve been trying to say all along!”
It’s not just about crafting the perfect words; it’s about revealing the message they’ve been searching for, something they couldn’t quite untangle on their own.
I think back to a SaaS client I worked with who felt drained and disconnected from his message. We dug deep, unpacked his story, and uncovered a fresh perspective that brought his business back to life.
Watching the shift as his purpose reignited and his connection with his clients transformed is what makes this work so fulfilling.
It’s about creating those powerful breakthroughs and knowing I’ve helped make it happen.
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
Listening! Sounds kind of unexpected for a copywriter, right?
But it’s true—that’s what I’m known for.
I really take the time to hear my clients out, not just the words they say but what’s underneath them, what they’re really trying to get across.
Some clients even call me the “Marie Kondo” of words, and I’ll take it!
I help them clear out the clutter in their messaging and find those perfect, meaningful pieces that connect with their audience.
It’s not just about slapping together some nice-sounding sentences; it’s about making their vision crystal clear and helping them see what was there all along.
That’s how I’ve built my reputation—not just by writing, but by truly hearing, understanding, and bringing their ideas to life.
