Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Eva Hooft. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Eva, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. We’d love to hear the backstory behind a risk you’ve taken – whether big or small, walk us through what it was like and how it ultimately turned out.
My move out to California was taking a risk. I had been modeling for the past 10 years all over Europe and in New York, where I was always just getting by. I knew I wanted to expand into the wellness industry someday, but without a green card this didn’t seem possible to me. I made the move out to California after an ex-boyfriend moved here, knowing that this wasn’t going to be the high-fashion modeling industry that I was used to. It was a lot harder getting modeling gigs, but I knew something bigger had guided me here.
Once that relationship ended, I started creating my own community and expanded into the wellness space. I got certified as a health coach and started practicing with guiding meditations and sound baths for friends and my community. LA was the first place that really started feeling like home. I took a big risk applying for a greencard, since my lawyer told me the chances of approval were pretty slim and would take a while. However, my greencard was approved shortly after. I had spent enough time here to make all the right connections to kick off my personal business, and as soon as my greencard was approved I was able to take on clients.
I remember feeling that not taking the risk and buying into my personal limiting beliefs would have been the easier thing to do, but I knew that I had to at least try!

Eva, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
During my years in the modeling industry, I became interested in healthy eating to keep my body in shape, and eventually learning how to cultivate beauty from within using the right nutrient-dense foods. Over the last few years I have deepened my knowledge as a health coach and decided to focus on detoxification and remineralization, because liver toxicity and parasites were at the root cause of years of struggling with gut-issues myself.
I offer the following services:
1:1 Coaching: 3 month REALIGNMENT protocol: my core coaching program designed to get you back into total body alignment which infuses topics like liver detox and flush, heavy metal detox, emotional release work, muscle testing, remineralization, intuitive eating and more.
Not ready for a 3month commitment? I also offer a guided 7 day detox using fermented enzymes that focuses on intestinal, gallbladder and liver flushing to rid the body of excess waste, toxicity, gallstones, parasites while being in autophagy. This is available in 1:1 coaching or group format. The next group starts January 8th!
(in-person) Oligoscan test: intracellular heavy metal, vitamin and mineral testing and personalized lifestyle and supplement protocols. Learning what foods and supplements you should and shouldn’t take based on your intracellular levels.
online + in-person: Neo Emotional Release sessions. These sessions focus on identifying stored emotions and trauma from past experiences that the body is still holding onto. This can affect you on a physical, mental and emotional level. It incorporates hypnotherapy, psychosomatics, psychotherapy, somatic experiencing, trigger point therapy and craniosacral work.
I help my clients get to the root cause of their hormonal, skin and digestive problems through detoxification of the mind, body and spirit. I’ve supported individuals in their journey to recover from a range of symptoms, spanning from digestive problems to diabetes and even cancer.
What sets me apart from others is my emphasis on uncovering the underlying causes through a holistic perspective. I don’t just focus on the physical, but also address the emotional causes behind symptoms. My goal is to help people connect to their intuition and the intelligence of their body.
I’m most proud of my capability to guide individuals through detoxification on multiple levels—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—enabling them to release anything that no longer aligns with their well-being. I follow a personalized approach for each person, ensuring that no two protocols are identical.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
That there is a “perfect” version of myself out there. The more I learned, the more all the “healthy”, “spiritual” and “biohacking” tools and practices were added to my daily to-do list. If I wanted to do them all, I had no social life. Being spiritual is not about how long your can meditate, if you do 2-3 hours of practices daily. I had to unlearn this, and now embrace more of my feminine energy that will change and flow as the seasons change. I sometimes am very strict with my diet, workout routine and self-care practices, and other times I’m completely out of touch with the majority of them and will find my connection through different tools like connection, nature or relaxation.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
Sharing my knowledge and wisdom from the heart, in the beginning I did a lot of free events and offerings and was genuinely so excited to just be able to share my story and work in front of people, without expecting any compensation. I really enjoyed building community. This allowed me to meet a lot of people and build relationships that I’ve slowly nurtured over the past year, and some of these loyal friends / fans are now turning into clients!
