Eunice, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. It’s always helpful to hear about times when someone’s had to take a risk – how did they think through the decision, why did they take the risk, and what ended up happening. We’d love to hear about a risk you’ve taken.

Although I’m not someone who enjoys being scared for entertainment because I don’t like roller coasters, scary movies or dating…but I’m always down for a new life adventure which can also be scary, but in a different way.

I enjoy the unknown and then I entertain myself by learning and then mastering the unknown.

I’ve taken a lot of risks in my life and career and just started a new adventure in Los Angeles. I packed up my 2 dogs and we headed out west to tackle and master more of the unknown.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

I come from a funny family, and growing up we always were entertaining ourselves and each other. I learned early on in life the thrill of an audience and the power of storytelling. You can inspire, educate, and entertain people with your words, whether they are written in a book or said onstage.

Whether I’m posting something on social media, telling jokes onstage, or giving a keynote speech, I know that there will be at least one person that my words will resonate and take root in their spirit and that means my work is done.

When we see each other shine and pursue our passions and purpose, it’s natural to start to wonder what you can shine more brightly by doing, at least, I hope that’s the response.

I live intentionally and purposely and am always looking to curate an amazing life experience for myself and those I love.

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?

I believe we all have gifts and talents that we are meant to share. I pray that others will be inspired to share their talents by sharing mine. I strongly believe the world would be a better place if we were all operating in our purpose and passions.

I keep showing up for myself, but I know that someone else has also shown up for themselves by seeing me do it. The same way those who have inspired me have done. It can be a beautiful cycle.

How did you build your audience on social media?

I was late to social media (Facebook), but when I joined I realized how easy it was to connect with people I knew and people I’ve never met. While I was working at Channel 13, I started sharing a lot of behind-the-scenes content and that really drew people to my page.

I’m authentic and share my adventures and I believe that’s why people enjoy following my social media pages. You are never really sure what you’re going to get! I have no idea either!

I love that I can connect with so many people, without having to leave my house!
