Eunice , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What do you think it takes to be successful?

Im a firm believer successful people have drive, discipline, and patience, . Once they are motivated to accomplish something, they work hard to achieve it and are consistent in their efforts along with having a strong work ethic makes people more successful.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

In my attempt to maintain a professional appearance and minimize my daily morning routine. I put on lash extensions for the first time ten years ago. The minute I sat up and looked in the mirror, I was hooked. I love walking all day with the appearance of wearing mascara but one hundred times better, and so, 9 years ago a great desire in me driven me to learn the art of the lash industry. Now I’m a professionally trained lash expert helping many women enchance their beauty with the help of extension by providing immediate confidence boost, minimizing their morning routine by a lot

I say this with joy pride after attendings multiple intense one of one training lashes since 2016. I’m very passionate about this embracing and growing industry as well as exceeding our expectations providing you with the best service our industry has offered absolutely love my job and it shows.

Eye candy was one of the few salons in the area to offer lash trainings to help other potential artist success in this industry.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

I can definitely say it’s not an overnight success four years into lashing I decided to create a social media platform to show cast my work and engage with potential clients as this was my first ever social media. I didn’t even have a personal one was a bit challenging, however, I never gave up in trying to learn the ins and outs on social media. My advice to you is to be original make time at least once a week to create content and always engage with your followers:

Any advice for managing a team?

After hard lessons learned, I can say take your time hiring the correct fit don’t hire just because you need a fast solution. Your clients need to be well taken care. Along any thriving business, you need compassionate associates that care about The business as much as you do. It might take you time finding that person but don’t be rush. From hardships In business the employees have been the hardest I can testify it’s not about quantity but quality staff among your side. Who wants to push forward with you and not against you!
