We recently connected with Eugenia Doreen and have shared our conversation below.
Eugenia , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
To empower women entrepreneurs by providing comprehensive brand development services and fostering a supportive community that promotes growth, collaboration, and success. This mission statement is more than words strung together in a sentence to tell the world what we do. This mission statement is our fuel to impact and empower women everywhere. To truly understand our mission and business, let’s go back to where it all begam–college.
At just 16 years old, I found myself in a world that often felt too big and too fast—college. Surrounded by ambition and opportunity, I also saw something missing: a space where women could exhale, feel seen, and truly connect. It wasn’t just a thought; it was a calling. And so, I let God lead the way.
One afternoon, I sat in the bustling food court, the hum of conversations blending with the clatter of trays. In the midst of it all, a small, still voice gave me a vision. Without hesitation, I opened my laptop, pulled up Canva, and began designing a simple flyer—one that would soon set everything into motion. It was an open invitation for women on campus to join me in my dorm room for an evening of honest conversation, support, and sisterhood. I called it the Sister Circle.
What started as a handful of familiar faces quickly grew. Week after week, my dorm transformed into a sanctuary—a sacred space where young women shared laughter over late-night snacks, exchanged affirmations that breathed life into weary hearts and wiped away each other’s tears. We celebrated victories, navigated struggles, and built an undeniable bond.
As graduation approached, I realized this wasn’t something I could leave behind. The Sister Circle had become more than a college tradition; it was a movement waiting to unfold. And so, with purpose and passion, I transformed it into what is now Female Force Association (FFA).
Today, FFA is no longer confined to four walls—it is a thriving sisterhood that stretches across cities, empowering women in entrepreneurship and beyond. Through dynamic networking events, impactful grant initiatives, and community outreach programs, we are creating opportunities for women to rise—together.
What began as a conversation in a dorm room has grown into a force, a legacy, and a movement that will continue to uplift women for generations to come. And this is only the beginning.
Welcome to Female Force Association—where women don’t just dream, they build, they lead, and they conquer.

Eugenia , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
Female Force Association (FFA) is revolutionizing the landscape for women entrepreneurs by addressing three critical challenges head-on. First, we tackle the lack of essential resources by providing comprehensive branding and marketing tools that are tailored to women’s unique needs. Second, we break down barriers in networking opportunities, fostering a vibrant, supportive community where collaboration thrives and connections flourish. Finally, we confront the pervasive issues of confidence and visibility, amplifying women’s voices and showcasing their exceptional talents in the business world.
What sets FFA apart is our authentic sisterhood of powerhouse women, creating an unparalleled support system for each entrepreneur.

Have you ever had to pivot?
Female Force Association began as a simple idea in a college dorm room—a vision for a safe space where women could connect, support, and uplift one another. What started with a handful of women gathering for late-night conversations quickly grew into something bigger than I could have imagined. But with growth came challenges.
Building a community from the ground up—without investors, without a big budget, without a roadmap—was an uphill battle. I poured everything into the brand, relying on bootstrapping, networking, and organic marketing to keep the momentum going. I sent countless emails, pitched collaboration ideas, and knocked on doors that never opened. Despite my efforts, there were moments when growth felt stagnant. Opportunities slipped through my fingers, partnerships didn’t materialize, and the weight of trying to do it all with limited resources became overwhelming.
Then, I felt the nudge—the unmistakable pull that told me it was time to pause.
At first, stepping back felt like failure. I wrestled with the fear of losing everything I had built. But what I didn’t realize was that this pivot wasn’t a setback—it was a setup for something greater.
In the stillness, clarity came. Instead of forcing growth, I leaned into redirection. I reimagined how Female Force Association could serve its community in a more sustainable, impactful, and authentic way. Without the pressure to constantly chase external validation, something incredible happened: organic growth flourished.
Women in different cities began to connect with our mission. The sisterhood expanded beyond my initial vision, reaching new communities in ways I hadn’t anticipated. With a fresh approach, we found new ways to engage, serve, and empower women everywhere—this time with intention, alignment, and divine purpose.
This experience taught me one of the most valuable lessons in business: sometimes, the pivot is the blessing.
What I thought was a pause was actually God’s redirection—a moment to refine, rebuild, and prepare for greater impact. Today, Female Force Association stands stronger than ever, not just as a brand, but as a movement that uplifts and empowers women across cities and communities.
And to think—it all started in a dorm room.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
Brand loyalty isn’t just about keeping people around—it’s about building a connection so strong that they never want to leave. At Female Force Association, we don’t just have members; we have a sisterhood. From the very beginning, FFA wasn’t about transactions or trends—it was about creating a space where women could show up, be seen, and grow together. That’s what keeps our community engaged, even through challenges and transitions.
Here’s how we retain brand loyalty and keep our sisterhood strong:
Keeping It Real & Relatable – Life and business aren’t always smooth, and we don’t pretend they are. When FFA had to pause and pivot, we didn’t go silent—we brought our community along for the journey. Transparency builds trust, and trust is the foundation of any lasting relationship.
Rooted in Purpose, Not Just Promotion – Women don’t stay connected to FFA because of flashy marketing. They stay because they see real impact—opportunities, resources, and relationships that help them thrive. We don’t just talk about supporting women; we actively create spaces, conversations, and opportunities that do just that.
Making Every Woman Feel Valued – Loyalty isn’t just about what people give to a brand—it’s about what they receive. At FFA, every woman who joins feels seen, heard, and supported. Whether it’s through networking events, grants, or simply checking in, we remind our community that they matter.
Building Relationships, Not Just an Audience – Engagement for us isn’t just likes and comments—it’s real conversations, personal connections, and a genuine investment in each other’s success. When women feel connected to something bigger than themselves, they don’t just stick around—they bring others with them.
Evolving Without Losing Our Heart – Change is necessary for growth, but what matters most is that we never lose who we are. Through every transition, we’ve remained true to our purpose: empowering, uplifting, and supporting women. That consistency reassures our community that FFA will always be here for them.
At the end of the day, loyalty isn’t demanded—it’s nurtured. And when you pour into people with honesty, intention, and heart, they will pour back into the brand. That’s why FFA continues to grow—not just in numbers, but in impact.
