Taking risks would have to be one of the first steps to becoming a successful entrepreneur!
I take risks everyday to identify strategies and opportunities to help grow my businesses & passion . Although we’re not always sure of what the outcomes might be , we evaluate by weighing our pros & cons to make these decisions.

My passion for beauty came from learning to love oneself & everything around me. Growing up with acne & sensitive skin , it took a major toll on my confidence.
Having sensitive skin limited the products that I was able to use. Finding gluten-free, all-natural ingredients was important because they are less likelv to cause skin irritation. At E4ESSENTIALS SKINCARE we offer a wide variety of vegan skincare products & tools .
I’m most proud of being apart of an amazing team . The support behind our brand and our consumers . We live through our core values everyday & plan to continue, to deliver our customer promise through each interaction.
Putting training and knowledge aside, what else do you think really matters in terms of succeeding in your field?
Other than training & knowledge I believe developing soft skills would be helpful for anyone looking to grow their clientele or business .
Soft skills allow employers and even entrepreneurs the opportunity to connect , not only to their potential clients , but also employees. Being able to listen to the wants and needs of your consumers allows you to create a more personalized experience, ensuring satisfaction.
Being able to work as a team player is an essential factor for succeeding in any field .

Building my reputation in the beauty industry took courage and a few things that helped were confidence, active listening & creativity .
Putting myself in the shoes of my target audience , ensures that I’m confident when promoting myself or products .
With the use of social media , we’re able to use our networking skills and creativity to keep our consumers informed, engaged and also entertained!
