Essence, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Quality control is a challenge almost every entrepreneur has had to focus on when growing – any advice, stories or insight around how to best ensure quality is maintained as your business scales?
Maintaining quality control is one of our top priorities to ensure consumers satisfaction.
Creating an easy to use, friendly environment for feedback & educating keeps our community engaged in what we have to offer. This allows us time to build rapport learning how to fulfill the needs and wants for our consumers.

I started out, with the glitz & glams of the fashion industry as a young girl . It was during the Covid-19 pandemic, that I had soon developed a passion for skincare/beauty.
With a lot of time to myself, I realized that the key to true happiness is loving yourself! So providing all natural products, to help others feel confident in their skin became the ultimate goal!
What’s sets my company apart from others, is the experience we provide for our consumers. Creating a more personal experience ensures quality & consumer loyalty. Overall I’m most proud of the presence we’ve established in the last year . Reaching consumers from all across the world, not only opened our minds to expansion but also the feedback we’ve received, keeps us on our toes!

On average there are about 6,800 natural disasters reported all over the world each year . Flash flooding occurred on July 26th, 2022 in the St. Louis metropolitan area. Mourning a complete loss on a personal and business aspect forced me to be resilient.
Overcoming these obstacles life has thrown at me, pushes me to go harder each & every day for my brand . The love & support from the Essential Community kept motivation at an all time HIGH ! We strive for greatness & plan to deliver our brand promise through each & every order !
Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?
A few books that have significantly impacted the way that I structured my business would have to be, Zero To One by Peter Thiel , The Art Of The Start by Guy Kawasaki & lastly, Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert T. Kiyosaki . Each of these reads provide key tips for entrepreneurs, on ways to get into your passion & how to handle roadblocks along the way .
