Hi Ernesto, thanks for joining us today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?

Success is a culmination of dedication, resilience, and a relentless pursuit of one’s goals. As an industry veteran with over a decade of experience since the age of 15, I, Ernesto Rosa, proudly lead as the CEO and Founder of 5 Star Beauty Spa JJ Cosmetics & Spa, along with spearheading the JJ Cosmetics Makeup Line. Furthermore, I am delighted to unveil our newest venture, the Opulent Opus Fragrance Line, catering to discerning tastes of both men and women.

What sets my journey apart is the unwavering commitment to excellence, where the work itself serves as a testament to the standards of quality and perfection I uphold. Our dedication extends to personalized service, actively listening to the unique needs and creative aspirations of each customer.

How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?

“I used to work for a company where I played a key role in opening multiple locations by mastering strategic approaches and understanding customer demands. However, as I grew, I realized the importance of recognizing my own value and pursuing opportunities that aligned with my personal goals, leading me to embark on the journey of working for myself.”

“I founded my company by formulating a contractual commitment with myself. Each day, I diligently reviewed this agreement, allocating resources towards essential needs, continuously learning, and strategically making decisions to realize my vision.”

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?

I’ve come to understand that each of us is unique and perfect in our own ways. There was a time when someone told me they only hired people with blue eyes and light skin because they will spend the money . It was then that I realized I didn’t belong there and left to advocate for equality, believing that everyone, regardless of background or appearance, nationalities ,deserves respect and opportunities.
