We were lucky to catch up with Ernesto Munguia recently and have shared our conversation below.
Ernesto , appreciate you joining us today. So, naming is such a challenge. How did you come up with the name of your brand?
MRE Recruiting which stands for Major Recruiting Exposure and started in 2018 as a recruiting service and later a athlete recruiting showcase to help athletes reach their dreams of playing at the next level. MRE helps athletes get to the next level by hosting athlete recruiting events and connecting them with people like professional and Hall of Fame athletes, coaches, and other experts in the athletic recruiting space. Notable name like Hall of Famer Terrel owens and Four time pro bowler Brian Orakpo were guest speakers at Munguia’s recent MRE events.
Ernesto , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Ernesto Munguia is the Founder and Ceo of MRE Recruiting and started it as a senior in high school back in 2018, when 18-year-old Munguia helped his fellow Miami High classmate and 2018 Florida All-State Class 8A Player of the Year Candidate sign to a school to further his education as a student athlete.
Since than he created a recruiting service called MRE Recruiting and it took by storm and started to host athlete recruiting showcases and have NFL guest speakers to speak to the youth and give back to the community. MRE Recruiting is a brand that just wants to help as many athletes and help them accomplish there goals and put them in many positions to succeed in life.
Munguia helped Terrell Owens son Terique Owens sign to Missouri State to continue his athletic career as a student athlete and also NFL DB Komotay Koffe when he was in the transfer portal for New Mexico state a few years back and established a family bond relationship with him since than and has helped many more athletes.
After having his accomplishments with MRE, far as helping athletes get to the next level and hosting athlete recruiting events and having NFL legend Hall of famer Terrell Owens, and NFL Standout Brian Orakpo as his guest speakers for his events, doing great things for the community.
The young star has been doing cool things such as Interviewing former NFl Head Coach Hue Jackson, Last Chance U Coach John Beam, and the 1st ever female NFL coach Dr. Jen welter, UFC Fighter Danny Chavez, and OLYMPION Lavonne Idlette. Having them share there inspirational story to keep others motivated and succeeding in life. Ernesto Munguia is a young bright man and looking forward to what he keeps doing in the future.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Creating a solution that helps solve many problems for the clients and being honest with the customers.
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
By doing a great job with them and when that happens you get the reputation and thats when they reccomend you to others.
