We were lucky to catch up with Erin Thomas recently and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, Erin thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Naming anything – including a business – is so hard. Right? What’s the story behind how you came up with the name of your brand?

It’s actually my third business lol when I was younger I started a couple where one was travel facials and brow wax. And another was lash extensions. Trying to find my niche and what I was passionate about. So it’s the third! And it feel different it feels right.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

I am the owner and Esthetician at Trifecta Studios in Westport area in midtown. I specialize in full body waxing for men and women. I have been an esthetician for about 10 years. I enjoy what I do and very passionate about my craft. Its something about making someone feel confident when leaving my studio. It’s a game changer and knowing I helped with that, makes me happy.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?

Right now I’ve been getting new clients from all of my existing clients. They are the absolute best! They are referring all of their family, Friends, coworkers, spouses, neighbors lol etc. It’s the best compliment and I truly appreciate them.

What else should we know about how you took your side hustle and scaled it up into what it is today?

I started off with being an esthetician part time. Early in my career I worked in medical field doing admin, after the pandemic i decided to just go for it. It’s a roller coaster but I appreciate the journey.
