How did you build your team?
In the early stages of building our team, the approach was quite personal. As the founder, my husband Grant began by reaching out to college friends who were interested in being a part of the company. This made the whole experience more collaborative and fun. The recruitment process was quite informal, focusing more on conversations about shared interests and a mutual enthusiasm for the project rather than formal interviews. This laid-back approach was instrumental in creating a positive and collaborative atmosphere, which proved to be a great way to introduce new team members to the business.

How’d you meet your business partner?
Grant and I (Erin) first crossed paths on our very first date. It was a serendipitous encounter that would eventually lead to a partnership in both business and life.
During that initial date, we found ourselves talking about marketing, and that became a recurring theme throughout the evening and lead into us loving to be in business together. Our shared passion for the subject was immediately evident.
Our connection was strong, and it didn’t take long for our relationship to deepen. In just nine months, we not only fell in love but also decided to embark on a professional journey together. Grant’s entrepreneurial spirit and Erin’s expertise with a Chick-fil-A background created the perfect synergy. Erin’s involvement in the company since then has been instrumental in its growth and success. Our journey from that memorable first date to becoming both life partners and business partners is a testament to the power of shared passion and vision.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing our clientele has been consistency and quality. By consistently delivering high-quality products, services, and experiences to our clients, we have built a reputation for reliability and excellence in our industry.
