One of the biggest challenges we faced was managing the growth of our business while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. We have been in the tax industry for almost 15 years so our background is in finance and accounting, and we.ve always had a passion for helping small business owners and tax professionals succeed. When I started my career as a tax preparer and quickly realized the need for better software solutions to help streamline the tax preparation process. That’s when I came up with the idea for Express Tax Software Solutions and decided to pursue my dream of starting my own business.
