Erica, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?

She thrives on challenges, specifically those that profit the people she comes in contact with. Erica is driven by her desire to inspire, empower uplift, develop others, and among her strengths are her expansive overcoming background, determination, creativity, and leadership chops.

Erica’s background demonstrates her great fit for running 88 Blessings and (IH2H). She loves her routine Podcasts and is focused on developing powerful new ways to entertain her fans for brain snacking with music or lifestyle. Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

Starting out with her 1st “IT” (rape) at the age of 10, Ms. Wilson can provide first-hand experience on what it takes to over come, continually develop and position yourself for past or future IT’S. In her next career, Ms. Wilson transitioned from a struggling Teen Single Mother, after more than 19 years, to becoming an Author and CEO of 2 successful businesses.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

I think by me going through and sharing several “IT’S,” the IT’S birthed my purpose and because of this I can not only relate but reach a lot of people, my guest and audience. I learned through this process it’s best to help others when you’re going through some tough times yourself. I find it very therapeutic. I pride myself in providing a safe environment for my guest and making them feel comfortable sharing their stories.
