We recently connected with Eric Meyer and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Eric, thanks for joining us today. What’s the kindest thing anyone has ever done for you?
The kindest thing anyone has done for me is to stand in my corner and help me bring this vision to life. During the 8 years that it took to build this studio there have been key people that have been involved from breaking ground to completion of the studio. The kindness that was given to me from Dave Del Valle, Anthony Rodriguez, Marc Nirenberg, Larry and Paula Meyer and my wife Angelica Meyer. They were involved by designing the space, and physically helping me with construction. These have been the key people that encouraged me to build this and were always there to lend a helping hand when it was needed. Without these people and their help and support none of this would be possible.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
As a kid I had always dreamed of being an Audio Engineer and a musician. I had always been self taught on instruments and I learned about Audio Engineering as I went along learning from anyone who would teach me. While working towards this goal I also worked in Radiology to afford me the opportunity to follow this dream. The plan for this business is to provide a variety of services and opportunities to help people bring their projects to life. We have a total of 6 studios under one roof. There are 3 small studios, 2 medium studios and 1 large commercial studio. We offer music lessons, songwriting rooms, surround sound mixing, video production, tracking/mixing/mastering of music, as well as clinics and camps for a wide variety of subjects including, guitar, song writing, Audio Engineering, etc. Problems that we solve for our clients includes helping them navigate hurdles in recording, creating material to promote and market themselves, coaching, marketing advice and consulting. The thing that sets us apart from others is our commitment to our clients and their goals. We believe that our clients success is a direct reflection of how well we perform. If there is any one thing that we want people to know about us is that when we take on a project we are fully vested in completing the project to the absolute best of our ability. One additional item we wish people to know about us is that we like to meet new people and show them the facility because what you see in person is much bigger than what our website can convey and we like to have conversations in person so we can bypass the miscommunications that may happen via emails or text.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
Bringing this business to life has been all about resilience. Since we funded the business ourselves and did the work ourselves we did the one thing that came natural to us which is working hard at something every day. You could say working hard is our super power. In this instance it took working hard at this every day for 8 years and has been demonstrated by bringing in appoximately 125 tons of material by hand and being involved first hand to erect everything. The people involved in the construction have also demonstrated resilience and determination to this project and this team effort has been unlike any I have seen before and with zero wavering during this process.

We’d love to hear about how you keep in touch with clients.
The best way we know how to keep in touch with clients and to foster brand loyalty is to not wait for them to reach out to us. We spend a great deal of effort in making sure that we reach out to people by calling/video chat, sending packages through the mail, emailing and/or texting. Since we work with people from all over the world some methods are better to maintain contact than others. For us the goal is to make sure that people know they are a priority to us and that we place a great deal of value on relationships. Ultimately the best way for us to foster brand loyalty is to be consistent and make sure that we honor our word.
