We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Eric Jones a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Eric, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Can you talk to us about serving the underserved.
Our organization is deeply committed to serving an underserved community in our area, particularly through kings Kids Outreach . This initiative was born out of a stark realization: many students in our community were continually missing school, resulting in poor academic performance. The reasons were multifold – lack of proper guidance at home, socio-economic challenges, or simply the lack of motivation to attend school. We identified that these issues were a symptom of a larger problem: a disconnection between the school, the students, and their guardians. This gap was significantly impacting the students’ education and their future prospects. We saw an opportunity to step in and make a difference, and that’s why we launched the kings Kids Outreach Program.
One story that stands out to us involves a young boy named Jamal. Jamal was a bright student with a lot of potentials, but he was frequently absent from school. His mother worked two jobs, and there was little time for her to ensure Jamal was attending school regularly or doing his homework.
Recognizing the situation, Kings Kids Outreach stepped in. worked closely with the school and Jamal and his mother, ensuring that he regularly attended school and received the necessary academic support. We also connected his mother with resources to improve their living situation.
Over time, we noticed a significant improvement in Jamal’s academic performance. His attendance improved, and so did his grades. His mother expressed her gratitude, noting that our program had provided the support they desperately needed.
Jamal’s story is one of many. The impact we’ve made in these families’ lives drives us to continue our work. Our brand stands as a beacon of hope in an otherwise challenging environment, and we’re determined to keep serving our community and leveling the educational playing field.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

We’d love to hear about how you met your business partner.
Meet my business partner, who also happens to be my beloved wife of 19 years. Our love story began 22 years ago and since then, we discovered a shared sense of purpose, a divine mission that binds us together. Despite our contrasting backgrounds, we discovered harmony, perfectly balancing each other’s strengths and weaknesses. This equilibrium, we believe, is the secret ingredient to being successful partners: a divine connection, mutual balance, and unity. Together, we are not just a couple, we are one powerful team.”
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
