We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Eric Bigger a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Eric , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Was there a defining moment in your professional career? A moment that changed the trajectory of your career?
At the end of 2023, I experienced heartbreak and deep sadness and pain from a breakup and betrayal.
I was low and hurting and the contrast of that pain sent me on a self-discovery journey that led to the mountains of Peru, a plant medicine journey, and the clearing and healing of my heart space.
My pain turned into power and jump timelines and discovered a new love of life and relationships.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I have always been a healer and transformational for many people.
I was sidetracked by public success and being on TV that amplify my visibility and voice. So my awareness changed as well as myself. When the pinnacle of that EGO success crashed I rediscovered the power of our spirit and how to make it fit.
Now with heightened awareness, a depth of Spirituality, and embodied knowledge. I help others discover their true power through their pain, suffering, and authenticity.
Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
That people pleasing and wearing a mask to make others happy leaves you sad, empty inside, and lonely. I wasn’t been my true authentic self.
Training and knowledge matter of course, but beyond that what do you think matters most in terms of succeeding in your field?
Deep spirituality practices. Such as Breathwork, prayer, grounding in nature, meditation, journaling, and exercise.
