ENNEATTE, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Can you talk to us about a risk you’ve taken – walk us through the story?
In 2020 in the. beginning of the pandemic I was presented with an opportunity that honestly I did not really care for at the time because of having bad experiences in the past. But something about this opportunity honestly had me a little intrigued. I was at home as a stay at home mom to my at the time 1 yr old little boy and honestly wanted to do something where I could make some income while at home taking care of him. So I said yes once again to networkmarketing, This wasnt my 1st time trying out a business like this. I had in the past tried it out with 5 other different companies. And to be honest did not find sucess in any of them, So I didnt really have much faith in it anymore. I didnt think that I was good enough for a business like this. I wasnt good at sales, didnt know much about social media besides posting a picture and a goodmorning post. That was as far as I went with social media let alone any type of content creation. So I thought to myself I wasnt good enought for something like this. But I said YES anyways. Not knowing much about the company besides that I really liked the products. So on July 7th 2020 I joined as a business partner. In September there was a company event where I was able to learn more about the company, their vision, values, and what they stood for. And thats when I was sold. So I decided to go all in. I found my passion again. Which is serving others, Helping them find confidence & purpose in life. Fast forward to today almost 3 years later I have to say it has been one of the most life chainging desicions I have made. Not only have I been able to make an income while still being a present mother to my 2 beautiful boys, But I also am able to make a positive impact in many peoples lives. I get to help people find confidence again through amazing products that deliver results, I get to mentor those who are looking to make an extra income. I get to lead and inspire people who want more in life. I am very proud of what I do and so grateful I said yes to this opportunity, It has opened so many doors. Like location freedom, traveling something I always dreamed of since I was a little girls. Be mentored by great sucsessful people like Mel Robins, Tony Robbins, Todd Duncans, John Maxwell to name a few . Its safe to say that its has been the most amazing oportunity so far.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
A little about me. Well to start I am a proud latina who was born in The Bronx Ny. I am the oldest of all my siblings on both mom and dads side, Was raised by my very strong & amazing mom. So at a very young age I had to take responsibilities being that my mom was a single mother raising 2 girls in Ny. That built me a such a young age. Seeing how my mother never gave up. Always made sure we had what we needed and never felt that she couldnt do something because she was a single mom. Made me who I am today, Someone who is always seeking oportunity, caring , determined, always seeing how I can help others , a heart full of gratitude. Growing up I faced many challenges. I was a highschool drop out and that use to be something that affected me because I use to think I was a failure. Being the oldest you know , you feel like you want to be the greatest example for your siblings so I always wanted to do my best. But I didnt let that hold me back. I am also a Domestic Violence survivor. This was a tough chapter in my life because I thought it was the end of my story. I honestly remember nights where I wasnt sure I would wake up the next day. I lost my passion , felt like I lost my purpose in life. But today I understand that everything that I went through led me to where I am today,
Today I am in the beauty industry, Offering the best luxury Hair & Skin care products in the market. I am able to help people with any hair or skin concerns, This to me is very special. As I mentioned before I am a mom of 2 boys & went through many changes one of them being my hair. Went through postpartum hairloss with my second child which really took a toll on my confidence. And honestly thought there was no hope . But thankfully came accross these products that gave me amazing results and brought a smile to my face once again, So I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and not be happy with what you see . So I love that I can help others find confidence again. Through this business I am also a business mentor. I help others make an income remotely. I love serving others and my mentorship program allows me to do that , I help people make an extra income, provide personal development training , business training, social media training, marketing & content creation training, I provide a space where you can grow into the better version of yourself & step in to your full potential. This holds a very special part in my heart and is something I take very seriously because I know how it feels to be lost, with no purpose. Helping others find that passion and tap into the person God created you to be is something that fills my heart.
Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?
This question is a good one. I love reading. One of the books that I would have to say has made a big impact in me as an entrepeneur has to be Battlefield of the Mind by Joyce Mayer. This book has impacted me because it helped me understand that if you do not work on your mindset. Anything you set out to do will be nearly impossible because the greatest battle that we face is the one inside our mind. If you think about it most of the time we struggle to move forward in life because of all the things that we think of,

Any advice for managing a team?
An advice I would give for managing a team is always value the people in your team. I believe very firmly that every single person has value. And that when you value people they feel seen, respected, & take you more serious as their leader. When you do not value people in your team they will not respect you and potentialy leave you. That is something that works very well for me. I like to see the value that each individual has withing my organization & accknowledge it. This helps me have a better relationship with my team.
