We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Enki Nichols. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Enki below.
Enki, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to start by getting your thoughts on what you are seeing as some the biggest trends emerging in your industry
One of the biggest trends I’m seeing in the aesthetics industry right now is the rise of bio-stimulating treatments—procedures that encourage the body’s natural regenerative processes rather than just providing instant, temporary results. This includes regenerative injectables like PRP (platelet-rich plasma) and collagen-boosting fillers, which enhance skin quality over time. Patients today are much more focused on natural, long-lasting results rather than just chasing a frozen or overfilled look.
This trend presents both opportunities and challenges. The opportunity is in providing clients with more sustainable beauty solutions—helping them age gracefully without relying on excessive product use. The challenge? Educating patients on the delayed gratification that comes with bio-stimulation. Many are used to instant results, so guiding them through the process requires patience and trust.
A great example of this shift happened when a longtime client of mine, who had always relied on traditional fillers, came to me looking for a fresh approach. Instead of simply adding volume, we focused on restoring her skin health from within by using PRP and a biostimulatory filler. Over the next few months, she saw dramatic yet natural improvements—her skin looked healthier, more radiant, and rejuvenated, but never overdone. She told me, “I finally feel like I look like myself again.”
I’m very excited offering the Cellenis Derma Filler Gel ( an autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatment that uses a patient’s own blood to improve skin texture, volume, and wrinkles) in my practice as it aligns with this evolving demand for regenerative and high-quality aesthetic solutions. It’s about giving patients the best of both worlds—subtle enhancements that support natural beauty while embracing cutting-edge science.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I’m Enki, a passionate and skilled aesthetic injector with a deep love for helping people feel confident in their own skin. My journey into aesthetics started with my background as a nurse—I’ve always been drawn to both the science of medicine and the art of beauty. Over the years, I honed my expertise in cosmetic injectables, specializing in Botox, PRP, and dermal fillers to help clients achieve natural, youthful, and balanced results.
What truly sets me apart is my commitment to personalized aesthetic transformations rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. I believe beauty isn’t about trends—it’s about enhancing each person’s unique features in a way that looks effortless and natural. My clients trust me because I prioritize honest guidance, ethical injecting, and results that age gracefully. Whether it’s subtle tweaks for prevention or full-face rejuvenation, my goal is to deliver confidence-boosting results without the fear of looking overdone.
Beyond my work with clients, I’m also in the process of bringing a notable cosmetic brand to Colorado—an exciting venture that will elevate the level of aesthetic treatments available in the area. My vision is to introduce innovative, high-quality beauty solutions that align with my philosophy of natural enhancement and skin longevity.
One of my proudest moments has been growing a strong and engaged Instagram community of 128K followers who trust my expertise and recommendations. My audience frequently asks me for guidance on trusted providers, and I take that responsibility seriously—I love educating, empowering, and connecting people with top-tier aesthetic solutions.
Ultimately, I want potential clients and followers to know that I’m not just here to provide treatments—I’m here to elevate the aesthetics experience. Whether through my hands-on work, my collaborations, or the industry innovations I’m bringing to new markets, my mission is simple: helping people look and feel their best while staying true to themselves.
We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
My social media journey took off with a viral video where I shared five cosmetic procedures I would never do on myself as an aesthetics nurse, followed by another video where I revealed five procedures I personally love and recommend. People connected with my honesty and transparency, and from that moment, my audience started growing rapidly.
I think what really set me apart was my commitment to being real. In an industry where there’s so much misinformation and unrealistic beauty standards, I chose to be completely upfront—sharing what works, what doesn’t, and what I personally believe in. My followers know that when I recommend something, it’s because I’ve researched it, tested it, and truly believe in it. That trust is everything.
For anyone just starting to build their social media presence, my biggest advice is:
1. Be Authentic – People can sense when you’re being genuine. Share your real thoughts, experiences, and expertise instead of just following trends.
2. Provide Value – Whether it’s education, entertainment, or inspiration, your content should give something to your audience—knowledge, confidence, or even just a relatable moment.
3. Engage with Your Audience – Building a community isn’t just about posting; it’s about connecting. Respond to comments, answer questions, and make your followers feel heard.
4. Stay Consistent – Growth doesn’t happen overnight. Keep showing up, keep sharing, and trust the process.
5. Stand for Something – People follow those who have a clear voice and perspective. Don’t be afraid to take a stand on what you believe in, especially in your area of expertise.
Looking back, my growth wasn’t just about one viral video—it was about staying true to my values and consistently showing up as my authentic self. That’s what keeps people coming back and trusting my recommendations.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
Resilience has been a defining part of my journey, but one moment that truly tested and strengthened me was when I made the leap into the aesthetics industry and started building my brand from the ground up. Like many entrepreneurs, I faced doubts—not just from others, but even within myself at times. Would people trust me? Would I be able to stand out in such a competitive industry?
One of the biggest challenges I faced was when I relocated and had to rebuild my clientele from scratch. I had already established myself in one place, but suddenly, I was in a new environment where I had to prove myself all over again. There were days when I felt discouraged, wondering if I had made the right decision. But instead of letting fear stop me, I chose to lean into my passion and expertise. I used social media to connect with people, continued to educate myself, and stayed true to my values of honesty and quality in aesthetics.
Then, the breakthrough happened. My content started resonating, and my honesty about cosmetic procedures struck a chord with a wider audience than I ever imagined. That’s when I realized—resilience isn’t just about pushing through hard times; it’s about trusting your vision even when the results aren’t immediate.
Now, with 128K followers, a growing business, and exciting new ventures ahead, I look back and see that every challenge was shaping me for the next level. Resilience isn’t just about bouncing back; it’s about using setbacks as stepping stones to something greater.
