Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Eneesha Maynor . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Eneesha , thanks for joining us today. Alright, so you had your idea and then what happened? Can you walk us through the story of how you went from just an idea to executing on the idea
Covid-19 made me realize that one source of income was not going to cut it. Although I worked full time during the pandemic, I needed to have residual income or something that was low risk, high reward. I’m not crafty, so anything that required a Cricut was out of the question. I considered purchasing an AirBnb unit, but travel was low so that was another dead end. I wanted to do something that no one in my network was doing at the time. I had come across several Facebook ads for 360 photobooths so I clicked one and reached out to the company. That’s when reality kicked in. Sticker shock is REAL. The cost of the booth, accessories, quality lighting, props, software, recording device, sharing device, extra parts, advertising, booking site, etc. My ‘low risk’ investment was getting expensive as HELL. I actually stepped away because I would be in debt and the self doubt started to take over. What if the business fails?, What the software is too difficult? How can I recoup this 5K? It took convincing from my family, conversations with friends who were business owners, and a lot of prayers for me to press submit when ordering. From then, I attended weekly webinars sponsored by the software system I used. There are dozens of support groups on Facebook that I joined. My first event/ my launch was about month and half after I had received my photobooth. Even with the equipment sitting in the my living room, I still felt intimidated. Practice, Practice, Practice and a lot of patience. My sister hosted a game night at her home and I set up in the living room. Right between the couch/coffee table/ and food table. The first 3 events I did for free because I needed the experience. but now business has really picked up and stayed consistent and now I can spin a party in my sleep :)

Eneesha , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
My name is Eneesha Maynor and I live in metro Atlanta. I entered the 360 photobooth industry because I needed another source of income. I never expected that it would be something that I absolutely LOVE. I laugh & dance with whomever is on the booth. I enjoy them as much as they enjoy their videos. One of my proudest moments was receiving a text message a month after an event that reads, ” I’m a teacher at Rockdale County High and I saw you in action at our prom. I’m interested in your services for my child’s grad party.” It felt really good that someone who I did not interact with that night could see the fun and energy that I bring to every spin and wanted to use me for a personal party. I think that sets me apart from other photobooth owners, my energy can’t be contained. SheSnaps 360 provides more than a booth attendant! You get a personal cheerleader, private dancer, smile coach, and a best friend for 5 recording seconds! I provide top quality videos to every client who exits the booth. It’s quite an experience!
Has your business ever had a near-death moment? Would you mind sharing the story?
She Snaps 360 suffered several close calls. The first was the software going out in the middle of Game Day Sundays at a sports bar. The terrifying moments were having angry clients walking up to you, all shoving phones in your face showing a white screen with an error message. I walked out of the venue to compose myself, contacted the help desk and learned that there was a nation wide shortage.
Lesson learned: add an internet clause in the contract
Second close call was arriving to a Christmas party for a business client and I dropped my equipment. It fell in slow motion. After I freaked out, cried a little bit, composed myself and try to piece it together to get through the event.
Lesson learned: Always have a backup
Third and Fourth Lessons learned: When requesting to be near an electrical outlet, put the emphasis on ‘working electrical outlet. Backyard events…. Contract must state freshly cut grass and/or an even surface.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
Although I advertise on social media, client referrals and word of mouth has been by source of new clients. Having a solid friend group who always mentions your name when someone is looking for a 360 photobooth has also been proven to be successful. I appreciate any and every referral I have ever received, even if the potential doesn’t book with me.
