Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Endora Todd. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Endora, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Was there a moment in your career that meaningfully altered your trajectory? If so, we’d love to hear the backstory.

I had a successful career in higher education at the age of 34. I thought everything was going well. One night I had a dream of me in a field and it was very overcasted-a storm was coming. As the wind blew, I looked to my left and there was a small abandoned church in the middle of the cornfield. I ran toward the church for shelter. As I entered, it lit up and all these people that I felt like I knew started to greet me. My childhood pastor was on the pulpit and he told me to come up. I did. He open the window to the left and there were hundreds of little tornadoes in the corn feild. He turned and said to me “Are you ready?”. I knew he meant to help. I woke up. I made an appointment with my childhood pastor. He was so happy to see me as I had not seen him since I was twelve. He asked why did I make the appointment. I told him my dream. He listened intensely then made reminded of my family background of pastorship, evangelism, and prophetism. He then looked me directly in the my eyes and said, “It’s time”. I immediately broke down in tears. It felt like a million books hit the concrete at one time. There was a deep quickening in my soul. I knew what I had to do….seek GOD in earnest and without fear. As I began to study the world’s different religions, I came to one true that most humans believe in the concept of GOD and the representation of God was LOVE. There is nothing else but DIVINE LOVE. Divine Love that is what I am looking for, but after 10 year on my healing journey I have discovered is that is what I am in flesh…A representation of Divine Love in flesh.

Endora, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I am a medicine woman and spiritual guide. I got started offerring servcies formally in 2020. I ofer spiritual counseling, private and small group ceremonies and retreats to assist you in your journey in finding, loving, and elevating your soul. Many of cleints come to me when they “don’t feel right” and nothing is wrong per se. They are in professional therapy, exercise regularly, have good careers, a nice car, a dog etc. But something is pulling at them and they have a feeling there is something more. I coach them to seek the MORE. I hold sacred space for them to process what is real for them and what is not without judgement. I also host and facilitate ceremonies where different healing modalities are employed to move energy that is no longer serving you. I am a Master Reiki Practitioner, Certified Breathwork Facilator, Sound Bath Practioner, Soul Activator, Acension Specialist and Plant Medicine Woman. I am most proud of that I have clients from all walks of life who know they are safe to explore their spiritual selves. while with me. I want people to know that it is okay to seek, to questions, to explore what it means to be human. I want you to know that you are loved beyond your wildest dreams and Divine Peace is possible in this life.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

Not caring about reputation has helped me build my reputation in the spiritual community. I operate in Love and Truth. I am not concerned what others think. I am only concern is being pleasing to Creator; I am only concerned about helping people understand their souls and how they are loved so much by Creator. As a result of not being concerned about reputation, people know and feel that they are safe, seen and loved in my presence. Because clients feel safe and they want others to feel safe, they tell a freind, a love one, a co-worker. The majority of my marketing is word of mouth, I am here to be of service to souls. My clients know and feel that so there is no need for me “build”; only to share. Plus it helps to be a real person, I share my hurt and pain and my healing and joy. Some spiritual circles just love the “woo” and the show; I am not about the “woo”, I am about the work…period.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?

Being yourself and allowing the invitation to come (Human Design concept) has been the most effective strategy for me to grow my clientele. I am a Projector in the Human Design System. The Human Design System marries different traditions such as astrology, Kabbalah, Hindi, I-Ching to create a blueprint of how your energy shows up and operates in this world. This system has help me clarify being of Projector design, it is best for me to wait for the invitation of my wisdom. I am to use my voice to let individuals know Divine Truth when they are ready to listen. The system solidified for me, my life experience of not pushing truth upon people and that I needed rest to be of service to myself and my clients.
