Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Empress Bianca. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Empress, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?

My pleasure and thanks for asking! The mission behind The Empress Bianca Brand is to provide prominent insight, education, resources, training, and positive opportunities to those who are naturally adapted to the black culture. The mission was fueled behind my personal upbringing. Being born on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio and raised on the west side of Cleveland, Ohio; I was known and respected as a feisty good girl who’d protect herself and loved ones, but naturally stayed far away from neighborhood trouble. Despite not having any gang relations, my family and I still lived the day-to-day cultural experience that left everyone vigilantly watching their backs and staying on high alert for a fight-or-flight switch. When you’re raised to survive the streets of poverty, a lot of resources and educational opportunities that are common to the “traditional” American family, are less likely to be available for the youth and families residing in these less fortunate areas. The lack of these educational resources can result in missed or closed opportunities, poor societal mannerism, an ongoing struggle to self-heal, less optimism and so many other disadvantages. The Empress Bianca Brand is a mission to extend the resources, knowledge, training, positive opportunities and unwritten rules in various ongoing and newly developing ways through philanthropy and certified training.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

I named myself Empress Bianca after discovering my supreme passion for articulating and following my visions. Now, I’m known as a Multipotentialite, Best Selling Author, Philanthropist, Event Planner, V & C Level EAA, Published Model +more. The development of Empress Bianca started with my serious journey for self-development; that advanced after moving out of my home state in 2016. The opportunity to easily connect and be exposed to anything you put your mind to is what the new tri-state area offered, and as a natural visionary, my mind was simply blown with joy and happiness. My reasoning for moving was for the purpose of pursuing opportunities that will allow my potential to blossom. I also knew that by allowing my children to be raised in this area, it will provide more youth opportunities. The natural desire for self-growth and potential reaching allowed me to transform into Empress Bianca and inspire others by simply making a brand of being myself. The Brand serves as the head umbrella of Empress Bianca and offers a wide variety of products and services, all broken down on the Empress Bianca website. These products and services allow people to take in educational resources, join unique positive movements, tap into connected networks, grow their businesses, explore their talents and share the opportunities with their communities. The services and movements have proven to impact many of lives and businesses, including our youth, from as young as the age of 4-years-old. The Brand is proud to inspire many of all ages, while providing safe and fun places for monumental growth to happen in the present to prepare for an elevated future. As a brand, I am most proud of the Philanthropy hours that have been and are continuously being donated to black-owned movements, companies and organizations. Not only do I strive for my own visions, but I can see yours while helping with its development too.

Have you ever had to pivot?

Pivoting is so important in life and business. I learned the biggest lesson of pivoting when the 2020 Global Pandemic hit the planet. That was the 1st of my lifetime experiencing the entire world just stop operating completely to stay home on lockdown. Prior to the pandemic, I was a fulltime working employee and single mother who planned private events on the side but couldn’t find the time to develop my personal aspirations, visions and business goals; outside of already being one of the best EAAs you’ll ever find. The pandemic was one of the biggest moments I’ve ever seized. Like many, it was a difficult and trying time, all for our own reasons, but it allowed me to step back and reexamine my happiness, future and legacy. I am proud to say that creating and executing a plan to develop my career in a different direction during this uneventful time is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life. Now, when a challenge or need to pivot comes along, I am more motivated and invested to see it through knowing that I’m striking with passion verses for a paycheck.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

What you give is what you get, so I always made time to give to others by accepting invitations, supporting local businesses and donating professional experience to startups, nonprofits and positive movements. Many people know me for my philanthropy work and being a natural giver is the core of where my reputation lys.
