We recently connected with Emmett Vinson Jr and have shared our conversation below.

Emmett, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What was one of the most important lessons you learned in school? Why did that lesson stick with you?

Most important lesson I learned from school is being yourself and authentic to who you want to be can go a long way. Some people will accept you and some won’t. Backstory I self proclaimed called myself a lone wolf and used it as my nickname. Lone Wolf to me is just a unique perspective of yourself. It has stuck with me because I still currently feel that way as I navigate through my journey today, Throughout the years being myself, I have built relationships without compromising who I am. For me all of this started with the ideal of uniqueness in High School

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

I am Emmett A Vinson Jr. I am a Photographer/Videographer. I got into the creative lane because I am a big fan of creating your own art and giving visuals to your imagination. I am a fitness enthusiast and within that I love to paint the story of working out through theatrical style videos. If I can pull your mind to where I am at currently I feel as if I did my job. You learn discipline because you have to make small steps daily to build a large body of work. So within the photography/videography world I have to learn the craft each and everyday. The products I provide are lifestyle photo shoots, portraits, event coverage, brand shoots, family photos. Along with videos for training, sports, or even informational learning. Problems I solve be from organizing and being a creative director. Giving potential shot list and angles.

The things that set me apart is that I have range. its not just one dimensional, I have various to get the job.

I am most proud of that I just keep going despite the challenges I face. I can overcome any obstacle I feel if I put in the time and effort to push pass.

The main things I want people to know is that you will get the best effort to make your time pleasant and fulfilling, You will have a good experience working with me and we will communicate to get what you’re looking for

Have you ever had to pivot?

In my business I wanted to be personal trainer, within personal training you must be able to give energy. My personality sometimes doesn’t let me always be in the highest spirits. So I took a pivot into photography because every time I step outside or an ability to capture a timeless moment that gives me energy to perform even better.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

Building social media presence I feel really comes from networking and showing up. Being able to be in places and sharing your light with others. Rather its sports, eventts, or pop up shops. Not compromising yourself for the sake of networking. Knowing that every area won’t be yours and accepting that in a humble way
