Emmanuel, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Alright – so having the idea is one thing, but going from idea to execution is where countless people drop the ball. Can you talk to us about your journey from idea to execution?
Funny story..something I’ve always wanted to do but never brought it to life. Until one day, my friends asked me “Why don’t you start a food page and start sharing your food experiences like going out to eat and cooking at home?”. During the pandemic, when the whole world was at home, I started to pick up cooking and smoking meat. For not having any cooking lessons or experiences I’m not half bad at it. So after some brainstorming, I came up with the name BIGBEANBITES!! Now it’s about being my image and showing it to the world.

Emmanuel, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
Bigbeanbites . A big dude with a big appetite. Growing up I’ve had so many nicknames that still stick but now it’s Bigbeanbites.
One my favorite things to do is eat. I think it brings people together.
I’m a big dude that grew up working at a restaurant as a waiter since I was 13-14 years old. It was a French American fine dining restaurant. I actually met Gordon Ramsey and was on a tv show Kitchen Nightmares ( story for another day)
I would have late nights with friends always eating out . Taking pictures and just bonding with family and friends. Bigbeanbites is different cause it’s not about hey let me show you this restaurant I ate at but if I can go with family and friends to these places and experience it together. I don’t go to places to bring them down or give them bad reviews. I truly only like to post placed I’ve enjoyed and want people to see or go experience. I could easily go give places bad reviews but I want all places to be successful. A restaurant is one of the toughest things to own and run. If I could help places be successful just by showing a quick video or story that brings a smile to my face.
Fun fact about me I’m always smiling and one my nicknames is happy face.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
You can’t do any building without the people around you. You can market and do all these little things but the biggest way to growth is friends and family. I wouldn’t be where I’m at without the people who promote me. This how you know who your real circle is.

Any resources you can share with us that might be helpful to other creatives?
I wish I didn’t wait this long to start. I feel like I’m getting into the content creating lifestyle late but better late than never. I’m a true believer that everything happens for a reason and I’m excited to see where I’ll be in 5 years.
