Emmanuel , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. How did you come up with the idea for your business?

Went i was young we moved a lot. But the one consistent thing was waking up every morning smelling the coffee my mom had brewed before she left for work at 4am. For years I told my wife I wanted a coffee shop and In 2017 i went to Brazil with come child hood friend who explained to me Brazil was one of the biggest coffee importers in the world. We went to brazil in seach of the best coffee we can find we visited 3 farms and i fell in love with coffee. After the trip we started importing coffee from the farm we visited. Now my good is to build a community in Tampa and show that coffee can connect people and help people as well.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

I think coffee choose me from the a very young age when I would spend time with me family and I would see my mom and step father laughing over a couple of coffee or going to my grandparents house and it smelling like coffee in the morning and the great memories that came with the coffee. I would love to bring that feeling to the coffee shop we will be opening the will be a resource for the Tampa community That will help link people who needs therapy to local therapy services and if we can found any pay for 10 sessions of therapy for them. We will also be helping local kids get mentors and help them with financial Literacy. Showing local businesses owners and different careers opportunities.

Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?

Earn your leisure has Had a very significant impact on the way I think. Earn your leisure really opened my eyes to many different job opportunities and careers. I would love to be the same resource for my community in Tampa. I would love to show some kids in low income areas that you have many more options then you think. I’m a strong believer that if you show someone it’s better options they will choose the better option. But you don’t know what you don’t know.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?

The best source for new clients has been collaborations with us. We have been making relationships with different people in coffee. The new client comes from. A lot of those relationships. If it’s a Airbnb Collaboration or a collaboration with someone who makes beautiful mugs.
