Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Emily Hall. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Emily , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Do you think your parents have had a meaningful impact on you and your journey?
Yes, they certainly had a meaningful impact, and have played an important role in giving me the space and freedom to discover who I am. I would say the most profound gift they gave me as a child was the gift of Silence. The gift learning how to be quiet and peaceful with my inner world.
This was not a neglectful teaching of silence where one is ignored or muted, rather it was permission and guidance to be alone. That simply existing in harmony with my own desire for quiet was okay, and valuable.
As a child who was easily overwhelmed by large groups of people, too much chatter, or just large amounts of human energy this permission was essential to being comfortable in my own skin. This gift of learning to value my inner quiet was also the stepping stone of becoming the adult and practitioner I am today.
My parents encouraged me from an early age to broaden my awareness of the world around me through all the non-verbal avenues of life, and ultimately the world of Energy. I was given the gift listening on a deeper level because my parents were able to give me the understanding, appreciation and normalization of Silence.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
Absolutely! Professionally I have two primary passions. One, is to help people significantly connect and learn to trust the love they have for themselves, and how to bring the identity of who they are on the inside out into the world everyday.
It is one of my joys in life to work with my clients, or groups, to strengthen the connection that is available with our Inner Self, Intuition, and the wisdom of Energy and life that is within us and around us.
This is where my deep connection to Silence and experience with Inner quiet comes into play. As Energetic Beings we have an amazing connection to the life within and around us. As an Intuitive coach one of my strengths is tapping into and listening on a deep level to the unique Awareness and Energy that each individual has access to. Thru this deep listening I am able to put to words, translate, what their Energy and Inner Self is helping them to become aware of. Together we move through blocks, challenges and any obstacles they may have of trusting and loving themselves deeply.
This practice is positive and love based because our true Self, our Whole Self, wants us to thrive and remember the love of who we are.
One of my clients summed it up really well when she said, ‘I feel like you showed me myself, my whole self, and I found a new appreciation and confidence of being Me!’ – I LOVE those moments with people.
My second passion, both personally and professionally, is Nature. Nature was the first place that I was able to be myself; quiet, observant, and aware of this broad world of Energy and connections that we exist in. I absolutely love to introduce people to the awareness and support that nature offers us – whether in our homes or out on a walk. This is an area that I love to speak, and provide workshops to exploring the avenues of the naturals worlds partnership with us as individuals.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
Fourteen years ago I opened my Intuitive coaching business. I began to work with clients 1:1 and teach workshops all based on Energy work and understanding your intuition. This business has expanded beyond what it was 14 years ago, but at that time it was a huge transition for me.
The specific pivot I’m thinking of today is professionally. I have been a Registered Nurse for 24 years. I have also studied and practice various forms of Energy and Intuitive work for 20+ years, but my primary identity was as an RN. After my children were born I began to realize it was time for me to leave the hospital setting and step deeply into trusting my strengths, knowledge and passions of the Energy world. While these worlds are beginning to overlap (thankfully) and many hospital and medical systems are opening their doors to Reiki, Healing Touch, and many other modalities this was a big step for me at that time of using my voice and knowledge in new ways.
This felt like a major career change as well as presenting myself professionally to the world in a completely different way. Today I have merged my RN knowledge with my Energy knowledge as I work 1:1 with health care professionals, speak and teach to emerging people in those fields, and find deep gratitude of the blending of my professional worlds. I also continue to practice nursing, in fun ways, as a camp nurse and a couple of other part time opportunities, because I love the field of nursing.
If you could go back, would you choose the same profession, specialty, etc.?
Absolutely. Showing up in love and support for others, teaching self appreciation and love of your identity is a foundation of joy in my life.
As a Registered Nurse I am able to meet people often in difficult and challenging moments in their lives and provide a sense of reassurance and care.
Within my Energy work business I am blessed to work with people in all stages of their self-awareness journeys. I am able to teach and provide avenues to explore the connectedness of life and help others to understand the Energy within them and around them. Being a part of supporting individuals, or groups to strengthen the confidence and identity of who they are in life is something I will choose every time.
