We select high quality color stones and diamonds , in addition since I have a GIA diamond certification and years of experience in the field you develop a good eye that automatically can identify the inclusions or the perfect cut in each stone. My journey in the jewelry industry began after years of entrepreneurship, including building a successful swimwear company, Aquamarina, in my hometown of Lima, Perú. After selling that business and moving to Miami, I was inspired to create a brand that represented elegance, individuality, and timeless beauty.
At The White Gem, we specialize in designing and crafting unique, high-end jewelry pieces using the finest materials, including rare diamonds and gemstones, often sourced with care from around the world. Our collections are not just about jewelry—they tell a story. For example, our recent “Around the World” line features pieces inspired by destinations I’ve visited, each with its unique design and cultural influence.

Resilience has been a big part of my journey, and one of the most defining moments came when I decided to go back to school to learn about diamonds. After successfully building my first business, I transitioned into the world of high-end jewelry. While I had a passion for design and a vision for what I wanted to create, I quickly realized that to truly excel in this industry, I needed a deeper understanding of the craftsmanship and science behind diamonds and precious stones.
It wasn’t an easy decision to step back into the classroom. Juggling the demands of running a business while studying was a challenge, but I knew it was essential to bring my vision to life with integrity and expertise. Through hours of hands-on learning and mastering the intricacies of gemology, I developed the skills and knowledge that now form the foundation of The White Gem.
This chapter taught me that embracing challenges head-on and investing in yourself are key to long-term success. It wasn’t just about gaining technical knowledge , it was about proving to myself that perseverance and adaptability can transform dreams into reality. That experience still motivates me to approach each challenge with the same grit and determination.
