Alright, Emely thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to hear about a project that you’ve worked on that’s meant a lot to you.

One of the most meaningful aspects of what I get to do is creating the photos that you treasure for a lifetime and pass down to your children. I’ve had the honor of photographing expectant moms, new babies, and the soul crushing mission of documenting someone’s last photos.

Emely, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I am a maternity and family photographer serving Orlando, Florida and the nearby surrounding areas. I have a fun, fresh, and airy style that I use to tell your family story.

I decided to start my business after many years of documenting my own family. I found such a joy in it that I thought….what if I could really make this happen? I prepared myself accordingly and invested heavily into education and professional gear. Making big moves has never been easy for me, I am proud of myself for pursuing something I love so much and pouring myself so heavily into it.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

Delivering top notch customer service, beautiful photographs, and truly caring about my clients helps me stand out.

Is there mission driving your creative journey?

My goal is that the families I serve can carve out time to create beautiful memories with their families while feeling great. What mom does not feel great with her hair done and in a beautiful flowy dress? All the while I am there with them to document all the tickles, snuggles, and giggles. They will in turn be able to relive those moments when they pass those photographs on the walls of their homes or flip through an heirloom photo album.
