A Heartfelt Journey of Coming Back to Self

Reflecting on my journey with Holy Divine Official, the most heartwarming part isn’t about a single event or a specific client—it’s about the profound process of coming back to myself. This business, at its very essence, was born out of a deep need for personal growth, healing, and expansion.

In the beginning, it wasn’t about others. It was about me. The late nights, the moments of pure joy, the tears of frustration, and those quiet, sacred victories—every step of building Holy Divine Official was a step closer to my truest self. What began as a deeply personal journey eventually became something much bigger; a space that others could connect with. And, almost effortlessly, the right people began to show up. Clients, friends, and a community I didn’t even know I was missing—arriving not because I was searching for them, but because this journey was always about the internal transformation.

The truth is, fulfillment has to come from within. And it’s in that inner alchemy that I found something more than I ever expected. As I built this business from the ground up, I learned that true creation requires expansion. You can’t bring something meaningful into the world without growing yourself—and that’s exactly what happened. I grew stronger, wiser, more resilient—and, at the same time, more gentle and open. Every challenge strengthened me, while every success softened my heart to the possibilities that I once thought were dreams.

Holy Divine Official isn’t just a business; it’s an extension of my soul, a tangible expression of my heart. Each meditation session, every Reiki practice, and every moment I channel life force energy is me sharing my essence with the world. I’ve learned that when you lead with your heart, success isn’t the only outcome—it’s a deeper growth, a kind of evolution that radiates outward. And in that growth, you naturally attract those who resonate with your truth. The people who are meant to be part of your journey will come, exactly when and where they are supposed to.

I’m Emelie Woodruff, a dedicated lifeforce facilitator, and Reiki practitioner (Levels I, II, & III), yoga and meditation instructor, and the founder of Holy Divine Official. I created this company with the belief that true wellness encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. My mission is to guide my clients toward profound well-being and self-realization through personalized care and holistic practices.

I work with the powerful lifeforce energy that flows through each of us. This energy illuminates our shadows, helping us uncover blind spots and heal from within. By tapping into this energy, we reconnect with our truest selves and experience a sense of unity with the world around us. My role is to help you remember who you are at your core and empower you to step into your authentic power.

In addition to lifeforce energy, I offer Reiki, a Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation and healing by encouraging the healthy flow of energy throughout the body. Reiki is deeply calming, helping regulate the nervous system and allowing the body to self-heal. With my training in Reiki Levels I, II, & III, I offer a broad spectrum of healing techniques that support emotional and physical well-being.

One of the most beautiful aspects of both lifeforce energy and Reiki is that they are not bound by time or location. Whether through remote Reiki or remote lifeforce energy sessions, the healing energy is just as effective as in-person treatments.

As for yoga, I offer personalized, in-person private sessions for individuals or small groups. At this time, I do not host online yoga sessions, as I believe the practice is most powerful when experienced in person, with one-on-one attention or in a small group setting.

I am deeply committed to helping others heal, grow, and rediscover their highest potential through these transformative practices, and it is an honor to guide each person on their unique journey.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

The most effective strategy for growing my clientele has been staying true to myself and embracing authenticity. People are drawn to real connections, and they want to work with someone they can trust—not just as a service provider, but as a person. I’ve found that when I show up as my true self, sharing my journey, struggles, and successes, it resonates deeply with others. It creates a sense of trust and familiarity.

It’s not just about offering services, it’s about building relationships and showing up consistently as a friend, guide, and support system. Clients often mention how they appreciate seeing the face behind the brand, someone they can recognize and relate to on a personal level. I think this human connection is what truly draws people in. They want to feel seen, heard, and understood, and when they sense that they are in a safe, non-judgmental space, they feel more comfortable and empowered to begin their own healing journey.

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?

The lesson I had to unlearn comes from a deeply ingrained societal belief that “if you work hard enough, you’ll be rewarded.” This message is reinforced from school to the workforce: that success is earned through hustle, long hours, and relentless effort. But over time, I realized how backward this thinking is.

What I’ve come to believe is that doing less can actually attract more. In a world that glorifies constant doing, I’ve found power in being still, in creating space for reflection, and in allowing things to flow naturally rather than forcing them. Success doesn’t always require a constant grind—sometimes, the more you let go, the more you receive.

I’ve learned that true alignment and fulfillment come not from endless effort, but from trusting that when you’re connected to your inner peace and purpose, things will fall into place with more ease. When we stop chasing and start being, we attract the right opportunities and people. It’s about working with the flow of life, not against it.

Now, I focus on living intentionally, honoring my energy, and creating balance. By embracing this, I’ve found that growth becomes a natural result of being present and authentic, rather than the outcome of pushing myself to the limit.
