We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Emanuel Svechinsky a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Emanuel, thanks for joining us today. One of the things we most admire about small businesses is their ability to diverge from the corporate/industry standard. Is there something that you or your brand do that differs from the industry standard? We’d love to hear about it as well as any stories you might have that illustrate how or why this difference matters.
I do things differently by teaching my students how to CONQUER their fears instead of overcoming them.
You see, when you overcome your fears (or any problems), you do not solve anything. The fear/problem is still there, and will come back.
When you CONQUER the fear or problem, you dissect it to the core, and remove it from your reality.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
I grew up overshadowed by fears. I was scared of literally everything: heights, bugs, talking to people, being alone, falling in love, failure, success, change, making money, being broke, and the list goes on and on.
The truth is, all of these fears ended up being caused by the three core problems: fear of judgement, lack of self-belief, and self-sabotage.
It was not until later in my life that I’ve realized these three root causes are responsible for the unhappiness in our life as well.
I read books, took courses, studied with life coaches about overcoming these problems and obstacles, but they would always come back.
Eventually I got fed up and fealt lied to and scammed because it was so easy to hear “you have to overcome your fears and problems” yet I had no idea how.
So I started working on ways to do so.
I tried to become successful at overcoming my problems, and they would always return. If not immediately, then at some point in life. These problems have not been solved.
That’s when I realized that overcoming anything is not the solution, but rather running away from the problem. It’s like if going to an all inclusive resort for a week, hoping your problems would disappear when you return. We all know that’s not how life works.
After years of trials and error, I finally found a way to CONQUER any problem.
In just 3 steps.
1. Admit to the problem.
2. Find the root cause.
3. Take fearless actions.
It sounds so easy to do. Almost too good to be true, right?
It’s not.
There will always be these 3 things stopping you:
Fear of judgement
Self-Sabotage
Lack of self-belief
So far, I’ve taught my method to CONQUER these three pillers in my online course : the 4 Keys to CONQUERING Fears Blueprint.
It is an 8 hour deep dive that has helped over 1800 people in 82 different countries.
My goal is to help people CONQUER their fears so that they can discover what being happy is all about.

At first, I felt that I was just like many people; afraid.
So I went full in with the business, invested over $20,000 to start it. Created the original course…. and crickets…
I saw so many “success stories” with many online coaches on Facebook ads, and they all talked about how easy it was.
It wasn’t. It took me over 2 years to get my feet on the ground to build The F Principle brand.
I had my courses improved, started hosting workshops, was ready to expand and decided to reinvest into the company by hiring a digital marketer.
That ended up being a $17,000 mistake full of broken promises, and a year wasted.
I let someone else try to grow my company while waiting on the sidelines. Of course, I take full responsibility for trusting someone too easily.
That took me back to stage one.
I had to rebuild the business, and learn all the marketing tools such as copywriting, video editing, and more to ensure this never happens again.
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for The F Principle was authenticity.
I’m just myself. I don’t give out fluff information.
I focus more on the customer service side than the sales side of things.
At the end of the day, we are all in the SERVICE business.
