We were lucky to catch up with Elsa Boutaric recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Elsa , thanks for joining us today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
My mission is to empower my clients to feel completely aligned with their personal brand, identity, and style—inside and out.
Through years of working internationally and living across cultures, I’ve developed a deep expertise in building wardrobes that aren’t just beautiful, but truly functional, versatile, and reflective of a client’s lifestyle—whether they’re traveling the world, leading a business, or stepping into a new chapter.
Style is not just about how you look—it’s about how you carry yourself.
And when your wardrobe supports who you are and where you’re going, everything shifts.
Confidence grows. Decisions get easier. Presence becomes effortless.
This is where my genius lies:
In reading who someone is at their core—and translating that into a personal brand and wardrobe that supports their vision with clarity and power.
That’s not just fashion. That’s transformation.

Elsa , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I’m a Luxury Personal Stylist who specializes in creating effortless, curated style solutions for executives and ultra-high-net-worth clients. My work sits at the intersection of personal style, lifestyle, and identity; empowering my clients to feel completely aligned with their image, both professionally and personally.
I entered this field after years of working in fashion and traveling extensively across Europe and the U.S., which gave me deep insights into how people live, dress, and express themselves across cultures and settings. That experience taught me not just about fashion; but about how style can become a strategic tool: to build confidence, command presence, and create clarity in how one shows up in the world.
The core of my service is about simplifying the dressing process, removing decision fatigue, and curating a versatile, high-impact wardrobe that aligns with each client’s lifestyle, goals, and values. From executives who need to maintain a sharp presence across multiple time zones, to clients navigating media appearances, major life transitions, or simply craving elegance and ease; I deliver both discretion and transformation.
What sets me apart is my ability to quickly read someone’s needs; emotionally, practically, and visually; and to translate that into a wardrobe that just fits. I don’t just style clothes; I elevate identity through clothing, and I take immense pride in creating stress-free, high-touch experiences that allow my clients to feel seen, powerful, and at peace.
Ultimately, my mission is to offer more than a service; it’s to offer clarity, empowerment, and a sense of self through style.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
For me, the most rewarding aspect of being a creative and more specifically, a stylist is witnessing transformation. Not just on the outside, but within. There’s something incredibly meaningful about seeing a client look in the mirror and finally recognize themselves; not just who they are, but who they are becoming.
It’s in those moments when someone says, “I feel like myself again,” or “This is the person I want to show to the world,” that I know I’ve done my job.
Being a creative allows me to translate emotion, identity, and energy into something tangible clothing, style, presence. It’s about storytelling, clarity, and empowerment. And when I can help someone feel aligned, confident, and elegant without the stress, without the overwhelm that is the deepest reward.
Style may seem surface to some, but to me, it’s sacred. It’s self-expression, protection, power, and peace all wrapped into one.

Is there something you think non-creatives will struggle to understand about your journey as a creative? Maybe you can provide some insight – you never know who might benefit from the enlightenment.
One thing I believe non-creatives often struggle to understand about the journey of a creative especially in a field like personal styling is the emotional labor and deep energetic attunement it requires.
What I do isn’t just about clothes. It’s about holding space. It’s about sensing the invisible layers of someone’s identity, their insecurities, their aspirations, their self-image and translating all of that into a visual language that feels authentic and empowering.
There’s a misconception that creatives “just have fun with pretty things.” But in reality, we often carry the unspoken emotions, the silent doubts, the fears of our clients and we alchemize them. We see people before they see themselves sometimes. That’s a gift, but also a weight.
Non-creatives might not understand that the process of creation can be lonely. It can be uncertain. You’re birthing ideas from the unseen. There are no formulas, no safety nets. You’re constantly reinventing, intuiting, evolving. It’s thrilling but it demands courage.
My advice? Don’t dismiss what you can’t immediately measure or understand. Creativity is often the very source of transformation for individuals, for culture, and for business. Honor it. Because when a creative is empowered, they create possibility for everyone else.
