We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Elmo Jones Jr a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Elmo, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s jump right into how you came up with the idea?

Xecellence Services LLC was created so I can share my voice with my community. I am here to educate and entertain. I always strive to be the best at what I love to do. My mission is to be that super hero who educates the indie community. The content I provide is unique and organically created. I am working to become a master of my craft and with your support I know we will get there.

I do this to create generational wealth for family. This is more than music and merch. It’s a lifestyle. I spread a profound without profanity message. Each song title is personal. Every tagline means something. Xecellence Services LLC is here for you. I am here to make your words and life experiences a reality just as I am doing mine.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

Its more than music and merch it’s a lifestyle. SiRr Xecellence is my name and im the founder and CEO of Xecellence Services LLC. I believe in myself and the value of my products enough to take the financial risk to make my dream a reality. Hard work and the grace of God has made me a leader of my community . Since the age of nine, I have been a natural artist/businessman. From selling baseball cards and convenient store candies to incense and perfume. I planted the seed early so I can be prepared for long term success. I have a passion for helping people and making them feel good through my art, my faith, my lifestyle, and my voice over instruments. The road has not been easy but I refuse to be a statistic to the streets. I have an emotional connection with my support system. They know I do what I love and I love what I do.

Xecellence Services LLC is operational in Beta mode, so we grow, learn, grow, and learn. And I am consistently being positive in all that I do. New ideas and content to reflect the Xecellence Community. We set ourselves apart from the others and for people not familiar, the content that I create is motivational, educational, and therapeutic. My storytelling, life style coaching and consulting comes under the roof of my unorthodox and outrageous belief system.

I am a man of God so I believe all things are possible like turning poverty into prosperity. I know exactly what I want out of life and exactly who I am. I am always excited to take advantage of every opportunity.

I’ve achieved to write, record, and release great content and products into the world. My work, skills, and experience give me an intangible asset.

I can’t escape my struggles in life, its hard to remain humble and be grateful, but I truly thank God for every second of every day, the good and the bad times. My purpose in life is to be the best me I can be and the Xecellence reputation is maintained even after I’m gone.

I embody Intelligence, integrity, and positive energy. My strategies will change but my values, mission, and purpose will remain the same.

Providing enriching content, affirmation messages and reassurance with my products used to reduce stress and anxiety and provide entertainment over long periods of time.

The pursuit of Xecellence I meditate, exercise, smoke weed, and spend time with my family. My wife, kids, and dog. I am the boss. I often attend church and caution against stretching too far away from it. I wake up every day for this, even though I don’t work with the big record companies, I feel like I am going to be successful no matter what. I refuse to participate in a pity party. My faith and mental health are important to me. On my authority I will do my best to serve my duty to God, Physically, mentally, and morally. I do what I love and I love what I do.

I am learning the role as a leader as I go. I am self-motivated and disciplined. I have faith and I do this so I do not miss out on an opportunity to raise my children, have a successful marriage, and help the elders in my community.

Be Famous. Don’t sit back and let it happen, be united, move united, if we don’t make it happen it will not happen. I will be SiRr Xecellence on a mission to do positive things for myself and others every day of my life.

I have always used music to express myself. Unfortunately, the industry didn’t accept me so I turned to the streets for opportunities and focused on the love I had for creating content. To give life to the words and ideas inside my mind is very rewarding to me. But to produce generational wealth for myself and my family’s future is my purpose. Even helping out the hood inside my home town, this is what motivates me to keep going and believe in myself.

I thank Jesus every day that I choose the long road of learning from my mistakes and using my resources to move forward toward my success. My music is a reflection of my soul, a gift given to me by God. I went into high school a little league football champion and came out the Prom King. With a song playing on the local radio, to talent show content winning. I enjoy sports even to this day but I find making music therapeutic. I have a fascination for it. I wake up listening to music and go to bed listening to music, in between time I make music. I had to help my mother pay rent and put food on the table. I am still working to overcome the challenges of poverty today with my wife and kids. I’m proud to be a provider. I pray Xecellence Services LLC allows me and my family financial freedom. I am an entrepreneur with an obligation.

After a wife and a village of kids, I’m still making music but less for the streets and more focused on the family which has been challenging but I wouldn’t trade it for anything in this world. It’s what I’m most proud of. Having an outlet for my emotions has been life changing and world changing. I am for education and entertainment purposes. I am profound without profanity.

My style has always been unique and organically original. I am from Kansas City, MO. I like to think that my city loves me and I love my city. Born and raised I’ve learned a lot over the years, living here it’s a combination of have and have nots, but I think the biggest obstacle is the unjust and corrupt system here, love it or leave it, but I am here to change it. I don’t do the politics. My life is like a good super hero movie, where the star looks good and defeats evil. I like to think of the indie as the hero and the industry as the evil.

I did things to tear up my community and I have said things to tear down my people. I have struggled with a lack of support. So, I am going to be that support and change that the world needs. Speaking from real life experiences and capabilities of a super natural belief in the savior Jesus Christ discipline- The Voice of Xecellence- I put God first.

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?

Nothing is is going to come between me and my goals. I’m pursuing my dreams 100%, this company can’t fail, I will not allow it to. I am driven by passion and I am very intentional. I have to defend my own existence. I am blessed with a gift from God. I want the outcome of my goals to be generational wealth. I do what I love and I love what I do and nobody can do what I do.

I consistently make original content that is profound without profanity. A main goal of mines is to build, organize, learn, and earn. Let nothing or nobody stop me. God is the source of my resources. I have decided to achieve Xecellence in my life’s work. I do more with less and I do it very well. My goal is to turn my passion into my profession.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?

For me the most rewarding aspect of being an artist or creative is that I can spread my message with my community. I am able to release my emotions in a positive manner and spread love throughout my community. I am profound without profanity so I take pride in producing material for people. The experience of putting a smile on your face makes being SiRr Xecellence worth while.
