I start our puppies on a curriculum that I have continued to improve over the last decade. We introduce sights and sounds, textures and other dogs.

Each day, I post on my Instagram stories and Facebook stories so people can see the puppies each day.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

When c0vid hit, we had to find a way to stand out on social media. I started going LIVE daily, and I also incorporated giveaways.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

Being upfront and honest.
