We recently connected with Elle Nagy and have shared our conversation below.
Elle, appreciate you joining us today. Was there a defining moment in your professional career? A moment that changed the trajectory of your career?
My life is a delectable tapestry of defining moments. The interesting aspect for me is that as I review my life in the pondering of this question, the defining moments that changes the trajectory of my career always occurs in what others would state as my personal life.
I feel it’s important to know I’m unattached to a professional title or one career path for the duration of my life. Instead, I see myself as an artist in life, using what life gifts me to continuously become more, from where I share this increased talent with society for those who can benefit from it. It’s the unattachment and forever curiosity that allows me to not only find professional success but a deep sense of purpose and fulfilment.
I’d studied psychology and was counselling when life gifted me with suicidal depression. I was prescribed medication and send to therapy. It was the moment sobbing in the car after yet another traumatic session deciding I would never return that saw me become a kick-boxer which would later lead to a qualification in life coaching, personal training and then yoga teacher as I experienced the power of my body in the transmutation of my psyche. This would empower me to offer clients a holistic experience in the cultivation of their greatness by bringing together mind-set and body-set.
It was the moment walking out of the ocean after my first IronMan swim after decades of debilitating fear of drowning that brought forth the voice in my head stating “Behind your fear lies your freedom” which forever changed my relationship with fear, thereby empowering me with absolute certainty in coaching clients through theirs.
It was the moment of breaking down for a final time before leaving a co-dependent marriage that had the voice come through once again, advising “Until you find the frequency of Love you will never allow yourself to feel loved or experience the depth of loving another unconditionally”. This empowered me to create a new body of work in which mindset, bodyset and heartset are all brought into alignment, infusing personal development with spiritual principles, rebalancing masculine and feminine, changing everything!
It’s when we stop compartmentalising ourselves and our lives that learning in one area are easily and effortlessly transferred to all others. It’s part of my secret sauce with clients and what they find is that what previously felt impossible, now becomes natural.

Elle, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I’m Elle Nagy, a Self-Expression Artist and Founder of The Unapologetic Woman Global Rempowerment Movement. My journey into this industry began over 30 years ago, fueled by a deep-seated passion for personal development and psychology. As I delved deeper into these realms, I realized that much of the existing narrative was shaped by masculine ideals. This realization inspired me to introduce spiritual laws that balance the masculine with the feminine, enhancing self-leadership and rempowering women to express themselves fully without needing words.
Through The Unapologetic Woman, I offer a range of products and services designed to help women tap into their true potential. This includes The Little Book of Big Principles for Greatenss, a transformative book that guides women on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment from one-dimensional goal-setting to all-dimensional calibration. I also host the Unapologetic Woman Soiree, a gathering of visionary female entrepreneurs focused on deepening connections and amplifying growth. Another project close to my heart is our Unapologetic Woman Rempowerment Magazine in which we bring forth the talents and voices of women globally in a free online publication which will also be going to print this year.
What sets me apart is my holistic approach, which integrates mindset with bodyset and heartset, paving the way for transformative evolution. I focus on nurturing intuitive wisdom, fostering creative prowess, and helping women become the extraordinary beings they are destined to be through intentional manifestation. I believe in embracing life unapologetically and rempowering women to live their lives authentically and intentionally.
I am most proud of the impact I’ve had on the lives of the women I work with. Seeing them step into their power, unlock their creativity, and live life on their own terms is incredibly rewarding. My work is not just about personal development; it’s about creating a global movement of empowered women who are unapologetically themselves.
I want potential clients, followers, and fans to know that The Unapologetic Woman is more than just a brand; it’s a movement. It’s about embracing your uniqueness, expressing yourself fully, and living a life that aligns with your values and desires. Join me on this transformative journey, and let’s create a world where women are truly unapologetic about who they are and what they want.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
The most effective strategy for growing my clientele has been, unequivocally, keeping it real.
We live in a time where authenticity and vulnerability are preached, yet the industry often promotes a polished, curated image through the use of photoshop, filters, and carefully crafted copy. While this approach may work for some, it’s not aligned with who I am.
From the outset, I made the conscious decision to be genuine and let people see the real me, flaws and all. This includes not just physical imperfections but also sharing the experiences that make me human.
By showing up unfiltered, people know exactly what to expect when they interact with me. Whether in a boardroom or on a bike ride, I am the same person. My writing offers a glimpse into my mind, heart, and the guidance I receive from my Inner Being, creating immediate trust and intimacy with my potential clients.
I believe this authenticity is why my clients confidently recommend me, even years after working together. There’s no need to prove anything or hide behind a facade. It’s just me, unapologetically being myself.

Other than training/knowledge, what do you think is most helpful for succeeding in your field?
In addition to training and knowledge, I believe that curiosity is one of the most valuable traits for succeeding in my field.
Curiosity fuels a continuous desire to learn and grow, to explore new ideas and perspectives, and to innovate in ways that can truly impact and empower others.
It’s the spark that ignites creativity, drives exploration, and keeps me open to new possibilities and opportunities.
Curiosity allows me to approach challenges with a sense of wonder and excitement, always seeking to uncover deeper truths and insights that can enrich both my work and the lives of those I serve.
Know as well that my curiosity extends into experimentation as I believe knowledge without implementation is void of gold.
