Elle, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What do you think it takes to be successful?

Anyone has the power within them to be successful. It is all about your mindset. Do you have a growth mindset? You have to get serious about your goals and have the discipline to execute. In the end, you create the life you want to live.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

Ever since I have been young, I have always had an undeniable love for business. This has led me to develop the impact I want to have on others and what I want to create. I found inspiration in helping businesses grow and manage their social media. Social Media has endless possibilities to offer and I believe that all companies have the opportunity to capitalize on this! This is where I come in. I work with multiple different companies to help build their brand image through social media and scale. My business is constantly growing and would love to work with you!

Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?

The book ‘mindset’, ‘The Power of Now’, and ‘Atomic Habits’ have been really impactful on me. It all starts with your habits. Learning to form good habits, and master your daily behaviors will lead to great results. Within this change, your mindset will shift. The book ‘mindset’ really helped me lean into my growth mindset.

What else should we know about how you took your side hustle and scaled it up into what it is today?

I initially started by helping one company build out their social media on the side. This became something I was very passionate about and turned into something I wanted to pursue. The company was growing at an accelerating rate on their socials and this became a milestone for me. This is when I knew I wanted to help others with my strategies.
