Hi Elizabeth , thanks for joining us today. Parents can play a significant role in affecting how our lives and careers turn out – and so we think it’s important to look back and have conversations about what our parents did that affected us positive (or negatively) so that we can learn from the billions of experiences in each generation. What’s something you feel your parents did right that impacted you positively.
My mother taught vital lessons that has helped me. She always taught me to be kind, respectful and do things with love.
At early age I saw she was always involve in projects that helped woman and children in need.
She used her limited resources to feed people and make sure this woman were able to find jobs to feed their families as well.
She taught me that real wealth comes from with in, the way we treat one another, the respect, the love in what we do is what makes us who we are.
When the idea to start my business came I told myself “ my idea has a mission too, my mission is to create a healthy environment for woman and man who will be well paid so they can be able to feed their families and do thing with love.”
Elizabeth , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I am Elizabeth Schell, I am a Child Psychologist and a small business owner who migrated from the country of Ecuador, A few of my biggest passions are female empowerment, diversity and chasing dreams!
I decided to create my own dreams when i started my business in 2018.

I can think of a lot of stories that have illustrated my resilience over the years but I would like to highlight the time it really came through for me in the course of starting my business. English is not my first language, I’m still
Improving every day and starting a business not knowing the law or the language very well it was very difficult for me.
So many times I wanted to quit because it was extremely overwhelming not been able to understand and make so many mistakes just to get my business going.
I made the decision to keeping going and overcome the language obstacle.
I came all this way and quitting was not an option.
Can you talk to us about how your funded your business?
This is actually interesting because my business didn’t need much capital to start what it was most important was the first client to me, there is so many cleaning companies in Atlanta and I wanted mine to be different I needed to provide a luxury service. I started my first company with $100 and 3 amazing employees who believed in my idea. I trained them to provide the best residential cleaning Service and our first client was a billionaire!!
My second company required more capital because our projects are larger and is comercial and industrial but by that point I had cash flow from my other company so it worked out perfectly.
