We recently connected with ELizabeth Mendoza and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, ELizabeth thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s jump to the end – what do you want to be remembered for?
I hope my legacy speaks on my actions and hard work ethic . How I started my business and the struggle it takes to keep Trinity Way up and running, and how one day it will Cary on to my children.
ELizabeth, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
To begin I was born in Miami Florida. I have always known I wanted to help others. After high School I went straight into the nursing field where I still work today. Trinity Way was born when i noticed my children, family and friends were experiencing sensitive skin and even eczema, Psoriasis and dry skin. I quickly began to learn all I could taking the herbal medicine route. I started testing soaps bars and body washes on family members and learned mine were more effective then the bars we were buying at the stores. Later I begin to add products to the store like incense, candles, sages and spiritual Jewelry. Trinity Way focuses on the mind, body and soul for a variety of ways to heal. My clients have thanked me for the way my products have help them gain their confidence back. I truly appreciate my customers for their support and how they believe in me and my business. I‘m proud of how much my products help others in many different ways today. I hope to one day be remembered as a person that inspired young women like me bring their dreams to life. That any and everything is possible if believe in your self.
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
I think my reputation is built on how my products are affective and how they continue to help my clients with sensitive skin. I have customers with depression that also benefit from incense they use to meditate and sages that help clear the negative energy in their home or work area. My reputation is also built on how up close and personal I am with my clients, also the advice I provide to those in need of it.
What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
I would say it’s been more then one source. I meet new clients every day at the farmers markets, pop up shops and even on social media. The best source for me is word of mouth. It’s just different when someone else referred a client because they believe in you and your products.
