We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Elizabeth Juarez. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Elizabeth below.
Elizabeth, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today So, naming is such a challenge. How did you come up with the name of your brand?
Originally, the name of my business was my husband’s idea, lol.
At the time my man was working on interior designing to build his fashion line but then he lost his passion due to life circumstances.
We were struggling between time, work, and choosing better home lifestyles that could work in our favor to be more present to be in our children life’s.
I had worked for Whataburger as a Manager for a decade, pushing 50-60 hours a week. I was missing out on a lot of quality time with my kids and there were times I had to cancel on eventful days to be at work. One day, my babies told me “Mom, you are never home and when you’re, you’re in bed asleep.”
“We wished you were home more often.” Hearing those words from my children’s mouth, was life changing and also the best decision I ever made! It was also that moment when I started to invest in myself to become my own boss. That’s when I took the name of “Netadsgn”, and decided to carry on what my man once started. Hopefully, my man will find his inspiration again and would join the team. The meaning of “Neta” is a slang word in Spanish that can express different meanings such as, “True”, “Really?!”, “No way?!”
“Netadsgn Studio” is translated in English as “Truedsgn Studio”. Has a nice ring, doesn’t it?
Netadsgn Studio is committed to unlocking your true beauty with sincerity, expertise, and a passion for bringing out the best in you.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
Throughout my childhood, I had a profound interest in beauty and fashion. However, life took an unexpected turn as I matured. Following high school, I pursued a degree in Business Administration from Remington College, influenced by my three years of studying accounting. Unfortunately, I lost enthusiasm for the field and resolved to become my own entrepreneur. The arrival of my first child, followed by two more, shifted my priorities to providing for my family. During my decade-long tenure as a Whataburger Manager, my children grew, and I realized I was missing pivotal moments. Their poignant remark, “You’re never home, or too tired to spend quality time,” served as a catalyst. I then ventured into lashing, underestimating its demands. The profession required immense patience and dedication, evolving from a side hustle to a full-time endeavor as I assumed the role of my own boss. Currently, I am broadening my expertise through education in waxing, haircutting, and barbering, aiming to expand my brand and showcase my potential globally.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
There was a time that I had invested into a lash marketing firm, but it didn’t give me the results I was hoping for. So far, my best sources to bringing in clientele is word of mouth, marketing in the streets, and social media such as Instagram, Threads, and Facebook.

We’d love to hear the story of how you turned a side-hustle into a something much bigger.
After a decade, working for Whataburger as a Manager. My children had spoken up to tell me that, “I was never home” and that “I should stay home more often”. That’s when it hit me, that I needed a change and something different (not just for me but for my family).
I started to invest in myself little by little to become my own boss in lash extensions. I had no clue what I was doing nor did I have proper guidance. After Whataburger, I had a few other job opportunities while I was still trying to manage and build a reputation for my business. Eventually my side hustle did turn into a full time business once I left Amazing Lash Studio after a year. I was always told to “take a leap of faith”, but I never knew how to take that first step. I had gotten used to working for others and which it had me comfortable to try to step out of my comfort zone. I had to remind myself “if not now, then when? Amazing Lash Studio has taught me how to deal with different scenarios based on how a business should run or managing with unpleased customers. I want to say because of my customer service, choice of character, honesty, and how deeply passionate I am about my career is why my business scaled up. It reminds my clients about the experience and connection I have with them to why they want to continue making business with.
