Elizabeth , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Alright, so you had your idea and then what happened? Can you walk us through the story of how you went from just an idea to executing on the idea
The idea stared when my mother began having hair loss. I was braiding her hair and she made a comment about how her hair was thinning out. I used to work at a spa and went to school for exfoliating, oils, services and benefits that it can all serve to you. So I decided to take it into my hand and go to the store and buy oils to make her a hair oil that will possibly help her hair grow! (no harm no foul) The first week we began to see baby hair, the second week her hair started growing even faster in the areas that she has not seen her in a while. Through the process and consistency she had a full head of hair!Seeing the variety of emotions that she went through, happiness, excitement and confidence. The impact on her gave me the motivation and determination to help others. However, staring a company is difficult, Keeping a company going is probably the most vigorous part, you go through a lot of trials and fails especially when you don’t have anybody in the industry that can guide you through the process. I have educated myself on self-help books, formulas, branding, marketing the company and targeting clients definitely opens a range of ideas to grow KAVI COSMETIX in this competitive industry.

My name is Elizabeth, I come from a spa/ beauty background. I was previously a Licensed Massage Therapist. My responsibilities included body wraps, mud wraps, and body exfoliation. That industry definitely helped me understand the importance of skin care. After that journey and the experience my mother had with the first product I formulated, I decided to take a class from the U.K. called “Organic Business 101” which helped me gain knowledge to create natural life changing skin care. Once the idea was created and executed people started showing interest. Next thing you know, clients started sending before and after pictures with messages full of excitement because finding the right skin care products is challenging. this was such an emotional moment for me because changing someone’s confidence is the goal. With all this being said, I am driven by the impact we are able to give to our clients and that is what I am most proud of..
How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
Customer service is one of the main reasons clients stay besides an amazing product. We always keep a transparent relationship with our clients. We give updates on products, orders and delays. knowledge to our clients is very important so we also try to touch base On routines and ingredients.
We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
Building audience is pretty tough. Entertaining with a short video of 20-30 seconds that takes hours to edit. We learned that videos can’t be just all talking, reading or to long. We keep up with trends and make the videos as knowledgeable as possible. Some are fun and some are just a good skin care routine. We definitely suggest for you to be yourself, be open with your fails journey and growth.
