Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Elissa Costanza. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Elissa, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
I love to educate and help people by knowing that they can achieve anything with some help and financial education. It is a very meaningful mission to me so that i can help and educate others so they know what they can achieve , work towards, and pass on.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I got into my industry after looking to purchase my first home and not knowing anything about the home buying process, nor my credit. I began researching everything and found out about first time homebuyer programs. After working on my credit, I went up 69 points in one month and qualified for home buying assistance programs with up to $100,000 down payment assistance. After that, it truly became a passion of mine to help and educate others to achieve their financial goals.

What else should we know about how you took your side hustle and scaled it up into what it is today?
A few years ago, I was looking to purchase my first home but had no idea about the home buying process other than that you needed two years working history and good credit. I did my research and found first time homebuyer programs with down payment assistance! I reviewed my credit and decided to work on it. I jumped from a credit score of 669 to 709 in a month! I then qualified for over $100,000 in first time home buyer and down payment assistance and became very passionate about learning financial literacy. I started spreading the information to friends who I knew had the goals of home buying but their credit and finances were holding them back. I became very passionate about helping others achieve their goals with financial literacy and learning about financial literacy.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
Back in 2021, at one of the peaks in my career, I lost my Dad suddenly. A year later, I was diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer that turned aggressive. Amongst all things, God has truly kept and sustained my family, and my businesses. With grace be to God, I was able to grow and sustain my businesses while being with family and taking care of my heath. God gets all of the glory, the honor, and the praise!
