You need to have a Love and Passion for your craft. With that passion you have to keep learning and growing. There is always more to learn and with an open mind and heart you will be unstoppable.

I’m a hairstylist with expertise in hair cutting, bridal hairstyling, and hair extensions. My profession brings me immense joy. I’ve always had a passion for connecting with new individuals and boosting their self-confidence. I attentively understand my clients’ desires and create hairstyles that complement their unique lifestyle and personality.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

I continue to be very active on my social media profiles. I share photos of my hair extension work, before-and-after transformations and Engage with my audience by responding to comments and messages promptly.

Client referrals are very helpful in growing your clientele. Encourage your current clients to refer their friends and family. Word-of-mouth recommendations can be highly effective in the beauty industry.

Continued Education is so important. Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hair extensions, hair cutting and styling.

Ensuring exceptional customer service is the key of building and retaining your client base. Happy clients are more likely to return and refer others.

Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?

I Love the book “Believe it” How to go from Underestimated to Unstoppable by Jamie Kern Lima. This book is a powerful source of motivation and encouragement for attaining and fulfilling your dreams.
