Elisa , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s jump to the end – what do you want to be remembered for?
What a nice question! I’d have to say I hope my legacy is one of generosity, thoughtfulness, and service. I want to be remembered as someone who always went the extra mile—not just in my work, but in my relationships and the way I showed up for others. Whether it’s helping a client find their dream home, supporting a friend through a tough time, or making someone’s life just a little bit easier, I want people to know I cared deeply and gave my very best. I hope to be remembered as a good friend, a trustworthy guide, and someone who made others feel seen, valued, and supported!

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I was born in Medellin, Colombia, and emigrated to the United States at the age of 12.
My roots initially took hold in Miami, Florida, where I spent the next 15 years until 2019 when I moved to Seattle to pursue a job in real estate under the mentorship of industry leaders Nick Glant and Brad Cahill, I have dedicated these last 5 years to honing my skills and gaining invaluable experience. Throughout this journey, I’ve been part of over 450 real estate transactions and over $500 million in sales.
Honesty is at the core of everything I do. I strive to provide personalized care to my clients and devote myself to every transaction. I take immense pride in delivering exceptional customer service by embodying qualities that prioritize my clients’ needs, ensuring that I am aware of every detail and nuance within a transaction. Responding promptly and efficiently to questions and concerns is a commitment I uphold, fostering a sense of reliability and trust. By truly understanding my clients’ goals, preferences, and challenges, I can tailor my services to exceed their expectations. Dedication is woven into every aspect of my work, as I invest the time and effort necessary to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for each client.
It’s not just about closing deals; it’s about building lasting relationships grounded in attentive, responsive, and dedicated service.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
When I decided to move from Miami, Florida, to Seattle, Washington, it was a leap of faith. I left behind all my family and friends to start fresh in a place where I didn’t know a single person. Starting a career in real estate from scratch in a new city was daunting—I had no network, no connections, and no one to rely on but myself.
I quickly realized that success would only come through hard work and determination. I spent many hours learning the market, building relationships, and getting involved in my community. I knocked on doors, attended events, and reached out to people one by one to establish trust and make a name for myself. It wasn’t easy, and there were moments of self-doubt, but I kept showing up every single day.
Looking back now, I’m incredibly proud of how far I’ve come. I’ve built a career and a life that I love, and the relationships I’ve formed in the process have been so rewarding.
That experience taught me that resilience isn’t just about pushing through challenges—it’s about believing in yourself, even when starting from zero, and trusting that hard work and persistence will pay off!
