Alright, Elijah thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. If you had a defining moment that you feel really changed the trajectory of your career, we’d love to hear the story and details.

The defining moment of me learning about emotional intelligence was after my ex girlfriend and I decided to go to couseling because we struggled with communication. This is when I decided to share the knowledge we learned so that we’ll progress as a human family and save planet earth; this is when we created the Tribe of Eli Movement

Elijah Gilmore, a rising star in the jazz scene, brings a unique Afrobeat flair to the music industry. Notably, he served as the lead percussionist for the Empress of Soul, Gladys Knight, and toured extensively with Joe McBride of Heads UP Records, contributing to an album that quickly rose to the top of the UK charts.

Elijah’s talent has garnered sponsorship and endorsements from leading music companies, while his percussion skills have earned him features on syndicated smooth jazz radio, iHeartRadio, Pandora, and Apple Music. His performances have graced prestigious events like The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductions and the critically acclaimed Warner Brothers film “Judas and The Black Messiah.”

“How to Win Friends and Influence People”, by Dale Carnegie, is a great book to sharpen one’s emotional intelligence. Elijah Gilmore will additionally be releasing his book on emotional intelligence in 2024 called “The Book of Eli”
