We recently connected with Elias Patras and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Elias, thanks for joining us today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?

I think there are some very basic things that are needed to be successful. The first thing is to be passionate about your work. I love what I do. The ability to see changes within people whether it’s working with them in a self development retreat, in a workshop, or one on one is so rewarding. Secondly, authenticity is important in being successful. I believe that people need to see openness , vulnerability, compassion, and kindness. I feel people can sometimes forget about these things and my personal goal is to have my clients feel like they are being heard and nurtured. Marketing is a key to success as well. When it comes to the marketing, the message, the person, the company should all be in alignment.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

I am an Intuitive Motivator™, Author, Psychic Medium, Life Coach, and a Retreat & Workshop Provider.. He takes his years of experience in Intuitive Work, Life Coaching, and Teaching to support others on their journey of self-development so they can connect, educate and grow to their limitless possibilities. He was the 2019 Celebrate Your Life Speaker Program Winner and shared the stage in Sedona with Denise Linn, Lisa Williams, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Neal Donald Walsch, Anita Moorjani, Dr. Bruce Lipton and Sunny Dawn Johnston. I have been studying energy work for over twenty five years, including completing an apprenticeship in Peruvian Shamanic Studies as well as co-facilitating an Earth Honoring Altar apprenticeship programs. I have trained with several internationally known Psychic Mediums; John Holland, Lisa Williams, Tony Stockwell, and Dougall Fraser.
My commitment and passion is in teaching content that promotes growth and exploration of self. This work has a clear focus on how we co-create our life with the Divine and deserve everything that we want for our highest good.
I have also created a very specialized line of Energy Balancing Sprays and Bath Salts to enhance areas of the mind, body and spirit in being balanced and aligned.
I truly believe that the key to learning and personal growth is how to listen and to connect to the signs and signals that we receive. My mission is to help others understand and tap into their own intuition and inner voice.
I am currently writing his second book Changing the F-You into Thank You, How to Flip the Script and See the Gift.

How did this all happen for me? Well, when I was younger, I would dream of my relatives and have the same dream when it would come for their time to pass. We were all at church and one relative was missing. The phone would ring, I would wake up and a few minutes later my parents would tell me that one of the relatives passed away. (It was always the one that was not at church in my dream). Junior high happened and high school, I had other things to focus on. Then in my late twenties, I would start feeling other people’s pain. If they left the room, or the bus/train, the pain would stop. I was telling a friend about it and she suggested I see her therapist. I figured she thought I was crazy and she told me that her therapist taught energy work and she combined her psychotherapy with energy work. I was fascinated by this. I saw her for a few sessions and started to learn about energy work and psychic development.

A big part of my work is to teach others about intuition and their own inner voice. For me, intuition is how God/Universe/Spirit whispers to us. I feel that most people need a big, neon sign to get a clear answer from God/Universe/Spirit. I have come to understand that sometimes the answers come as a whisper or a gentle nudge. I am on this journey, learning every day, and it is my passion to teach what I know to others along the way.

What makes me different then the rest is that I combine Life Coaching with my Intuitive Work. I people that the answers are within people. The only thing that is stopping them from listening to that inner voice is fear. I tell people on social media, just because I am a psychic medium doesn’t mean I have all the answers. When people ask, will I get married? Does he know that I love him? I always respond to you want to get married? Or why not call the guy himself and ask him.

Blending all the work that I do truly makes my job interesting and fun. You ask what am I truly proud of? I would have to say the people that come on a retreat or workshop or even on a Social Media Live (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram), when a loved one comes through and there is closure, when a retreat attendee has that aha experience, when I life coaching client reaches a goal, that is what I am truly proud of.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

People want to get to know you. They want to know what you do, who you are, and what makes you different from the rest. I went from 1000 followers on TikTok to 20,000 in less than 6 months. I posted videos, did lives, said hello to the people in the room, offered something for free. I never charge for a service on a live. I promote my website and programs all the time on the live. I think the most important thing is to be entertaining, be real, be uniquely you.

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?

I have a monthly newsletter. I offer a workshop each month and offer a unique community building workshop to help others feel that they are not only learning from me, but also learning from one another.
