Elian, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Alright, let’s jump into one of the most exciting parts of starting a new firm – how did you get your first client who was not a friend or family?
My passion have been always to help my community, my first client was an organization I had invest in the past as a volunteer without knowing that they will be my biggest client when I started my consulting firm

I am proud to have lead programs and services for my community such as Cocina 66 and Avanzando Juntos, these programs have significantly helped Latino small business owners to take their businesses to the next level
I am also proud to represent the voice of my community in organizations like Partner Tulsa to help the economic development of the City

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Putting people first vs profit, during the years I worked with the mission to help first them making a profit

How did you build your audience on social media?
I used my personal Facebook page for my business as well, people want to connect with you and know you are real. Anniversary dinner with husband 200 likes! Business post 40. Thet are seeing you so use it to connect
