We were lucky to catch up with Eli “RXLLA” Ellis recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Eli “RXLLA”, thanks for joining us today. Do you think your parents have had a meaningful impact on you and your journey?

The greatest gift my parents gave me was embracing their true selves, both in their positive and negative aspects. They taught me the importance of authenticity, and I learned to appreciate them for that. Their genuine presence in my life and the experiences I went through molded me into the person I am today. Through their example, I learned the value of being true to myself, accepting all aspects of who I am, whether positive or negative. I realized the importance of owning up to my strengths and weaknesses, ultimately shaping me into a man who embraces his true self.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

What’s good powerful people I’m Eli Ellis, also known as RXLLA. My entrepreneurial journey started in the holistic field as a result of my own health issues, and since then, I’ve been exploring my creative side. In 2020, just before the COVID pandemic reached its peak, I founded The Gorilla’s Den Herb Shop, my first business. For the past three years, we have been proudly serving our community by providing natural solutions for an unnatural way of life and catering to those interested in the holistic lifestyle and its benefits. Our product range includes Wildcrafted Sea Moss Gel, Various Herbal Capsules, Medicinal Tea Blends, and more.

I’m excited to announce my recent collaboration with my brother, Sir Gates, a serial entrepreneur, on an exciting new venture called “Gates 7 Studios.”

Is there mission driving your creative journey?

Breaking Generational Norms/Freedom.

I know it may sound basic, but it’s not a secret that freedom is something we all desire. Everybody’s version is different but I want freedom of time, the freedom to break free from the dull routine, and the freedom to truly live our lives. Let’s be honest, when we go to work, most of us aren’t thinking, “I can’t wait to clock in,” but, “I can’t wait to get paid!” Lmao It’s that financial freedom that allows us to pursue our passions and enjoy life to the fullest.
