We recently connected with Elena Breiter and have shared our conversation below.
Elena, appreciate you joining us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
Every day I support working parents, business owners, entrepreneurs, and stay at home parents who are doing their best to fight the overwhelm of balancing life and work. As a local cleaning business owner and professional organizer, I have learned how I can customize packages for each client’s needs.
There is nothing too big or too small to ponder. If it’s worth mentioning , it’s worth managing !
Sometimes you need a compassionate listener; a mentor; a coach who understands what you are going through and sees your potential. That is just one of the positive “side effects” of reaching out to me.
It has been fulfilling for me to see clients begin in complete disorder and end up with a true feeling of accomplishment and pride in the transformation of their home with chores and clutter.
I am also passionate about helping small business owners save time with systems so they can do their own accounting and marketing .
Wherever I see a need, I work to come up with a solution so my clients feel supported at work and at home.
Elena, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I started out after graduate school as a teacher and tutor doing cleaning and organizing gigs on the side.
Over time I have grown into a digital course and coaching business as well as a full time cleaning and organizing business owner.
I launched my full time business in 2018 in Bloomington, Indiana and have never looked back!
In 2020 I moved to Kalamazoo, Michigan and continued to refine my virtual offerings throughout the pandemic.
Now looking towards 2024, in addition to my other two businesses, I am excited to be launching a new local tutoring company. I look forward to supporting students who have fallen behind in recent years.
We’d love to hear the story of how you turned a side-hustle into a something much bigger.
The key to going full time in my business was my level of commitment.
I had to be willing to learn new things every day to continue growing and building my confidence .
That was necessary so that I could fully commit to my business and to myself without trying to juggle other “real” jobs at the same time.
Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
I have taken many marketing and sales courses that taught me to be consistent, persistent, honest, and sell with integrity. I keep growing clientele every day simply by being available to talk to people about their needs and offering to help.
