We caught up with the brilliant and insightful El’deity Princey a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, El’Deity thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
The mission behind my company, 11 Master Consultant LLC, is to help those who have experienced childhood trauma transcend their pain and become the highest version of themselves. Childhood trauma is often overlooked or dismissed, with many people saying, “That was in the past,” or “You just need to move on.” But the reality is, that unresolved childhood trauma shapes every aspect of our lives—our relationships, our self-worth, and even our ability to dream beyond survival.
This mission is deeply personal to me because I am living proof of what is possible when you confront your past, heal your wounds, and rewrite your story. I endured sexual, physical, and emotional abuse during my childhood, and for a long time, I didn’t think I could escape the cycle of pain. But through years of healing and self-discovery, I not only transformed my life, but I also uncovered my purpose: to guide others through their own metamorphosis.
When I see clients finally break free from generational patterns or learn how to love themselves for the first time, it reaffirms why I do this work. It’s not just about surviving—it’s about thriving and creating a life you love. That’s the heart of my mission, and it’s what fuels me every single day.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I am El’Deity Princey, The Miracle Coach, and the founder of 11 Master Consultant LLC, a company dedicated to helping individuals who have experienced childhood trauma master-manifest their best lives. My journey into this field is deeply rooted in my own story. Growing up, I faced immense adversity—surviving sexual, physical, and emotional abuse, being forced out of my home at 9 years old, and overcoming the fear of financial independence. Yet, I didn’t just survive; I transcended those hardships, earning a master’s degree in clinical counseling and creating a life rooted in self-healing and empowerment.
I provide Restorative-Mind Sessions, which are one-on-one coaching programs designed to help clients heal emotional wounds, reprogram limiting beliefs, and manifest the life they truly desire. I’ve also developed a free self-paced course called the Authentic-Self Course, where individuals can dive into their healing journey on their own schedule. In addition, I’m a published author and content creator, offering practical tools and motivational insights through my books and videos.
What sets me apart is my unique blend of personal experience, professional training, and a deep innerstanding of how the mind and emotions shape reality. I integrate emotional intelligence, the eight mental faculties, and my own healing modalities into my coaching, ensuring every client has a personalized experience. Unlike traditional approaches, I view trauma not as a life sentence but as the catalyst for transformation. My coaching focuses on showing clients how to take ownership of their lives and step into their power unapologetically.
I am most proud of the transformations I’ve helped others achieve. Whether it’s seeing a client break free from generational cycles, regain their confidence, or finally feel worthy of success, each breakthrough reminds me why I do this work.
For potential clients and followers, I want you to know that my work isn’t about fixing you because you’re not broken. It’s about uncovering the version of you that already exists beneath the layers of pain and programming. My brand is rooted in authenticity, resilience, and empowerment. If you’re ready to take the steps toward healing and manifesting your dream life, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
The biggest lesson I had to unlearn was people-pleasing.
Growing up, I experienced immense trauma, and my Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) score is a 10/10. For those unfamiliar, an ACEs score measures the level of childhood adversity, with a higher score indicating a greater risk for long-term mental and physical health challenges. My upbringing was marked by abuse, neglect, and constant instability. As a child, I developed people-pleasing as a survival mechanism. If I could anticipate everyone’s needs, avoid conflict, and keep the peace, I believed I could protect myself from further harm.
But this coping mechanism followed me into adulthood, where it became a source of self-betrayal. I would constantly put others’ needs ahead of my own, overextend myself, and agree to things that left me feeling resentful and exhausted. I thought people-pleasing was kindness, but I eventually realized it was rooted in fear—fear of rejection, abandonment, and not being good enough.
The turning point came when I recognized that no matter how much I gave or how agreeable I tried to be, it never guaranteed love or acceptance. I also started to see how this behavior was holding me back from living authentically. Unlearning people-pleasing was a process. I had to confront my fear of saying no, set firm boundaries, and remind myself that my worth isn’t dependent on others’ approval.
With this work, I not only reclaimed my power but also discovered the freedom of living in alignment with my true self. Today, I teach my clients that people-pleasing isn’t a requirement for love or connection—it’s often a form of self-sacrifice that prevents you from stepping into your fullest potential. Learning to honor your needs and set boundaries is a profound act of self-love, and it’s a lesson I carry with me every day.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
Yes, I was working as a mental health therapist for a company, and it eventually began to burn me out.
As a therapist, I have always been passionate about helping people heal and transform, but working for someone else often came with limitations. The company dictated how I should serve clients, what approaches to use, and how much time I could spend with each person. Over time, I started to feel disconnected from my work because I couldn’t bring my full self to the table. I wasn’t allowed to be as authentic or creative as I knew I could be, and that lack of alignment took a toll on me emotionally and physically.
The burnout was my wake-up call. I realized that while I loved helping people, I didn’t love doing it under someone else’s terms. That’s when I decided to pivot and go all in on my own business, 11 Master Consultant LLC. I knew I had something unique to offer—my personal experiences of overcoming trauma, my professional expertise, and my ability to guide clients beyond traditional therapeutic frameworks.
Starting my own business was both terrifying and liberating. I no longer had the security of a steady paycheck, but I gained the freedom to serve clients in a way that felt authentic to me. Now, I create programs, workshops, and sessions that integrate my full range of skills, from emotional intelligence to mindset coaching and manifesting techniques. It’s a completely different feeling to serve my clients—those who are aligned with my values and mission—rather than being confined by someone else’s expectations.
This pivot wasn’t just a career change; it was a life change. It allowed me to reclaim my time, energy, and authenticity while making an even greater impact. Looking back, I’m so grateful for the burnout because it pushed me to step into my purpose fully.
