Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to El Grande. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Alright, El Grande thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Alright – so having the idea is one thing, but going from idea to execution is where countless people drop the ball. Can you talk to us about your journey from idea to execution?

I started out with the Walgreens “free film for life” pocket cameras. Taking pics of my children growing up. From there I bought a small digital camera and started doing nature shots. Birds, bees, flowers and trees. Flowers would go on to be a part of my style signature.

I had always been into fashion. Buying fashion magazines from all over the world. Then I was invited to shoot at a major fashion show in Houston. I was blown away by the energy and beauty of the Designers pieces and the models. I was hooked on High Fashion. El Grande PapiRatzi was born.

El Grande , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

Who is El Grande PapiRatzi? He is a small giant in disguise. Standing at a mighty 4ft 7in. What he lacks in height he makes up for in his bold and brash imagery. Always pushing and striving to make the next project bigger than the last.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

My respect for women has helped me to build my reputation as a photographer over the years. As a male who photographs primarily women. Ones reputation can make you or break you. We honor and respect all our subjects that stand before us. Keeping it professional at all times. This is one of the things we are most proud of, is our reputation.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

We have built our social media presence by posting consistently and sharing fashion and beauty related post from other content creatives. Part of our mission as a creative is to promote the talent and artistry of others.
